I was a little worried about ordering out of state because of a bad experience I had before, but when I called Ann answered, she was so nice, helpful & reassuring, I had a short amount of time that I could talk with her to convey what we wanted, she said she would send a picture for approval which she did & it was perfect & it's exactly what was delivered.
