Pizza Stop

Went with a group drove out from Portage/ East Chicago. We went to place called Pizza Stop today and ordered smoked then fried garlic Parmesan wings. My oh my those were the best wings I’ve had in a LONG TIME. The Smokey flavor of the wings was on point and complemented the sauce perfectly. Hand cut French fries that came with them were the best fries I have ever had. Crispy with creamy/fluffy center and some bits that were extra crispy. Followed that up with the Jerkfredo pizza which has such a great flavor. Excellent level of heat from the spices. Marcus gave us awesome service too. He was very kind and welcoming! If you have not tried them yet do yourself a favor and go check them out right off of US-20 in Michigan City, Indiana.

First time trying Pizza Stop. I got a sausage pizza and Parmesan garlic wings. The pizza was really good and sausage flavorful. Nice and crispy with a good chewy pull. The wings (full wings) are smoked first , fried then tossed in the sauce of your choice. They were exceptional. They also came with fries, they were really good. You can see, when I took the picture there are none left. The place is pretty bare bones inside but worth the stop (pun intended) highly recommend!

Best pizza in michigan city! Fries are amazing! Rib tips are great! And the wings were top notch Definitely adding them into my weekly dinners!

Sauce is excellent!
Crust perfect, just the right amount of softness and crunch.
We ordered the bbq chicken as well- so much flavor!
Great prices and we had no leftovers!

Saw some good reviews and stopped in to try it. Got a large Margherita pizza with prosciutto. Delicious! Crunchy airy crust, nice sauce and cheese. Just right. Marcus was an excellent host. Will definitely come back again and try some other items. They all look really good. Support your local entrepreneurs.

Vacationing with my family in Michigan City and this place did an amazing job. Picked at random, we dropped what had to have been a $400ish ToGo order on them at 6 pm on a Tuesday and ALL food was awesome. He had several different pizzas, all of them hot, cooked through and stacked. We did their smoked wings, burgers, someone had a chicken Philly it was all amazing. And HOT they gave us a time and had everything ready. Obviously a smaller family place, love to see it. Really nice and friendly when we picked everything up too! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding pizza, service and place! The owner is very friendly and we had a good time chatting about sports with the NBA playoffs on TV. The pizza is very well made, with excellent sauce and very fresh crust. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Stop looking around, get your pizza here. You WILL be impressed it’s so damn good. Can’t believe they have bad reviews at all; must have been previous owners or something. The owner is awesome, the place is spotless, and most importantly the pizza is hands down the best in MC. Get a Hellboy and tell me I’m wrong 😋 A+ Pizza Stop keep it up!

family business with friendly service and their Chicago pizza style is really really good. The dough is not too salty, thin & crunchy outside with a lot of cheese.

My husband ordered pizza for them members of our race team so we could have dinner begor going out to the race track.the food is amazing and i ordered a salad to go for later in the night amd it wasvso delicious and filling! I e ould highly recomend that you try there pizza soon.

Pizza Stop is by far the best pizza in Michigan City. The crust is amazing. The Happy Hour Deals are Spectacular. I can't say enough about the food and the passion that goes into it.

As someone that eats a lot of pizza, I can confidently say that Pizza Stop has some of the best pizza in Michigan City. I highly recommend giving them a try. The Hellboy is definitely a favorite.

Best pizza in Indiana! All fresh ingredients! Crust made to perfection! The sauce compliments the cheese blend and the brick oven is the icing on the cake! Iltilian beef, Phillys, Wings, Burgers, Salads, homemade fries etc! No competition!

We had the Philly cheese steak pizza and the Philly fries!! It was a complete victory! Best pizza and fresh fries I've ever had along with a serving of great customer service!. Man y'all rock. I definitely recommend them!!

Traveling from Fort Wayne and this is hands down the best pizza I have had in the last 10 years and some how I couldn't bring myself to stop eating the loaded fries either....next year I'll be back to try the wings =P
