Amazing customer service in the parts department. Have ordered many parts from them. Once they didn’t have the accessory I needed, pointed me to a shop that did. Very grateful. Highly recommend!

I believe the name of the salesman was Dom he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. A very nice young man. Said he'd keep looking for me a used Triumph Bonneville in my price range and give me a call.

Placed an order and did not receive a receipt or order details. Drew reached out later to let me know a few parts were obsolete and asked if I wanted to move forward without them. I responded within minutes affirming the order minus obsolete parts. Never heard a response and now after giving it some time I finally find out the order has been cancelled because they couldnt reach me about the obsolete parts? They sent me an email, to which I responded, and never sent me any follow up email or tried to call. Sucks waiting on parts that will never come.

I ordered two items from them. A keyfob (which had to be cut from factory) and a front brake reservoir.
The key fob looked okay, but turns out it doesn't open my gas tank or under seat. It is definitely the wrong cut from my original spare. I called them about this, guy on the phone is like "someone changed your lockset since you bought the bike used". I confirmed with previous owner and the dealership that he serviced the bike with. No locksets were ever changed, so the key I got is definitely wrong.
I emailed "Jesse" about this and still no word.

Second issue is that the brake reservoir that I ordered did not even come in its original box. They sent it on a foam paper, and the worst part is that the reservoir had grease all over and looked used. I contacted them the day I got the package and still no response.
