The Barn at Madison

Attended my cousin's wedding here. I loved the dark and rustic atmosphere. The lower level has an incredible old pub feel and is absolutely gorgeous. The upstairs is brighter with white walls, which disappointed me personally, but I can't blame the owners for wanting it more "wedding friendly". That being said you still feel like you're in an old building with great old architecture. The garden grounds are gorgeous and is a beautiful opportunity for pictures.

If I wanted my own wedding to be smaller than it was, and I lived in this area, I would have absolutely had it here.

I officiated a wedding here recently. The venue is gorgeous, the staff are friendly, and the parking is manageable. It does seem to be in quite an odd location, surrounded by multiple businesses, but once you're on the property you really don't know that you're not out in the middle of nowhere. The staff have done a great job creating a beautiful wedding and event space.

Got the 3 day package and it was 100% worth it. The ability to set up a day early and stay an extra day to clean up afterwards made what could have been a stressful event much more manageable. The staff was friendly and helpful both in the planning and execution stages of the wedding. The venue itself is gorgeous and full of photo opportunities.

The Barn is amazing and I’m so glad we had our wedding there. Annie is great and makes sure everything is taken care of. It was beautiful and I highly recommend it.

Now that life has slowed down a bit and the wedding is over, I felt it was time to leave a review for one of the greatest places ever. When my husband and I drove up to the Barn at Madison, we immediately knew we wanted to get married there. We met with Christine and felt she was also the right fit to work with. Little did we know how absolutely spectacular the team at the Barn at Madison would be. Christine was there for me, every step of the way. She was quick to respond, and very helpful. On the day of our wedding, Julie, Christine and the entire team worked so hard to make our day incredibly magical. They made our wedding easy. They took care of all the vendors and made sure that Alex and I were also taken care of. The Barn at Madison is beautiful and fun. The amount of compliments we got on our venue proves how amazing it was. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun, intimate wedding. Hands down the best day of my life.

I just got married! And haven’t even made it home yet and I need to leave this review. When I say the barn at madison is not only the most beautiful venue you can imagine, but it is the most amazing place to have a wedding. The venue is so perfect and that’s not even the best part, the staff are absolutely AMAZING. Every step of the way the worked with us to make our day perfect, the day of their staff were absolutely amazing! They made our day the absolute best and worked so hard to create the best day for us! I cannot say enough compliments about the staff that work there, if you’re looking for a venue that is beautiful, going to work with you, and make your day as perfect as possible please look no further! I cannot recommend the Barn at Madison enough!

My husband and I got married at The Barn at Madison. The 3 days stay and wedding was so beautiful. The venue is very gorgeous. The owner and staff were so helpful. I definitely recommend this place for your wedding.

A phenomenal weekend!! We picked this venue when we were out of state and Annie did a wonderful job giving us a video tour of the venue! My wife had envisioned an outdoor wedding so when weather made it difficult to achieve about two weeks out from the wedding Annie did an amazing job adjusting the plan. Annie was extremely attentive to my wife's requests and did everything within her power to ensure the weekend turned out exactly how we planned! From adding an extra table so we could fit everyone upstairs for the reception to ensuring I the groom did not see my wife before the ceremony Annie made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend the Barn at Madison if you are looking for an awesome location and planner!!

This place is absolutely beautiful! I never wanted to leave! The staff here were so amazing and they would do anything to make this day as special as possible. I highly recommend. I would not have my wedding at any other place! I found that the pricing was very affordable and the spiral stair case was so awesome. This building is just so aesthetically pleasing! I truly hope that you book this place and have the best weekend of your life!

My wife and I got married here in June of 2021, and had an absolutely positive experience from beginning to end. While our original date in 2020 had to be pushed to 2021 due to COVID, Annie was incredibly helpful in making the move for us. Leading up to the new date, Annie was very accomodating and assisted us in coming up with ways to keep our guests safe while also being able to enjoy our special day. The venue itself is gorgeous and was beautifully maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone - you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for everything, Annie!

The Barn at Madison was exactly what I was looking for when we got engaged this past year. It is a beautiful, unique, rustic, eclectic venue. The owners Annie and Brandon are a delight to work with and being a COVID bride I had more stress and questions then I ever could have anticipated...they were their with us every step of the way. The 3rd floor apartment and weekend rental option is perfect for accommodating all the wedding needs. We were able to host or rehearsal and dinner onsite and had an amazing place to get ready (the unique design makes for awesome photos). I honestly couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect venue

My husband and I just got married in June of 2020 at the Barn at Madison and we could not be happier with the venue and the staff! Annie and Brandon have been so helpful as we had to postpone our date due to Covid-19 and then adjust plans to meet all of the guidelines. We originally fell in love with the venue last September and our wedding experience exceeded my expectations! We had an elegant and formal dinner upstairs, a fun party in the pub downstairs, and enjoyed the outdoor garden space both during the cocktail hour and evening after dinner. There are many, many places for gorgeous pictures! And the upper level apartment would be a neat weekend rental even on it's own! I highly recommend :)

BEAUTIFUL! Not only is this a great place for a wedding. But the new owners and crew are THE BEST I have ever met. This place is warm and inviting and great for family events.

Annie - I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job by you and your staff for Jeremy and Hannah's wedding. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The Barn is beautiful, both inside and out. We got married here in May of 2021, and it was an all around amazing experience. The venue owner was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and overall just made for a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend this venue to others.

I couldn't imagine having my wedding anywhere else! It was truly a dream come true to have my wedding at the Barn at Madison! Annie is so helpful and always there when I had the smallest question! My husband and I celebrated our wedding vows & reception at the Barn in late August 2015. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding. Honestly, we wouldn't change a single thing about it. All of our guests still talk about how unique it was. Unique yet elegant. My husband found it online and as soon as we walked in, we knew our search was over. The marble floors are like nothing I've seen before and the stucco walls took my breath away. You won't have to spend too much money decorating because the setting speaks for itself. It also meant a lot to us to have the ceremony and reception in the same location to make it easier for out-of-town guests who aren't familiar with the area.

As I'm sure you've seen by now from the other reviews, it's not your typical barn. There are three floors: downstairs is the rustic bar area and dance floor, the dining area is very elegant and, simply put, stunning, and upstairs there are three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining and common area. The master suite is huge with a balcony and nice big bath! We got it for the whole weekend (really it's worth it), and my girls and I spent the night before the wedding in one big room together. They even stock the Keurig and fridge with snacks for your stay. The maiden's parlor is typically where the ladies get ready, but we gave it to the guys because we took over the master bedroom the night before. The parlor has beautiful photo opportunities for your photographer of you and your bridal party getting ready.

Again I'll say it's worth it to have it for the whole weekend: 10am Friday - 3pm Sun. The Barn staff does a wonderful job setting up the chairs and everything else, but if you don't hire a florist, you are responsible for all of the centerpieces and decorating the pergola (which, believe it or not, took all day Friday for us). I can't imagine only having Saturday morning to do all of that and get ready!

Brandon and Annie are very accommodating and flexible. They're good at what they do and yet they let you take the reigns. They are so helpful during the entire process and we couldn't have asked for a more laid-back couple to work with.

The staff deserves recognition too. I really wanted a photo of my dad's first look, but by the time I came downstairs for him to see me, my photographer was outside prepping for the ceremony. I was devastated. When the Barn staff heard what happened, they arranged for my dad to come upstairs, took pictures themselves then sent the photos to my phone. They really went above and beyond the call of duty to capture this precious moment for their bride.

You won't find many venues like this with the whole package: beautiful location, easy-going owners, & competitive price. Book the Barn, you won't regret it. But don't take my word for it, give them a call and let it sell itself!

Unbelievably helpful and professional. First-rate venue, gorgeous outdoor setting. The venue owner is an excellent communicator and does everything she can to make events special.

Awesome venue, you can stay overnight in the Bridal Suite from Friday to Sun, have your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception all at The Barn. Amazing staff and beautiful atmosphere. Freedom to choose variety of caterers and DJ'S
