Smoky Mountain Pools and Spas

I recently had a need for an above ground for our backyard. I called several companies in downtown Knoxville (no one could get one delivered this summer).

The team at Smoky Mountain Pools and Spas took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations that were spot on. I particularly appreciated how Dustin waited patiently for me to choose from the various options available, ensuring I made an informed decision.

The staff was courteous and polite but also highly knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
Despite being busy on opening day, the staff managed to provide quick and efficient service without compromising on quality. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went, from placing my order to receiving it promptly. Under a week for my new pool liner. I was absolutely thrilled beyond words.

I'm waiting on my new spa but so far they have ben very nice to work with I will do an update after it arrives but only have to wait around two weeks well I got mine yea its awsome a very short wait and the owners are very pleasant to work with and the spa is awsome thank you

I was there the very first day they opened and have been back a lot! They are so very nice and so helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!!! My pool is so clean because of there help!!
