Absolutely the best place in Newport to go for tires or anything tire/vehicle related! Kevin, the GM was absolutely AMAZING and so friendly! I thank him and his team so much! I had a flat on Saturday, so I didn't have many options, but thankfully Westgate was open! I was able to bring my truck right in to have my tire patched, (no appointment needed, but I did call beforehand) and they saved the day for me! Their service was fast, great, and very friendly, my tire is good to go until I'm able to get another one! Thank you guys again so very much! Westgate Tire Discounters in Newport is definitely the BEST place to go!

I came in with a nail in my tire just before closing on a Friday evening. I was thinking they wouldn't be accepting any more jobs but they welcomed be with open arms and swiftly patched my tire up. Great service and the employees were amazing.

I would recommend this place. Very honest business. They actually did some work to find a leak on a tire and didn't find a leak and we weren't even charged. Very nice and friendly staff.

These guys are awesome. We are from SC and we had 2 tires blow out on our 40ft TT on I-40. We called they said to bring to 2 blowout and they would change them. They let me take those 2 with me and get the TT that was parked at a Truck Stop about 4 miles away and then I brought the camper back and they replaced the other 2 that day. Highly recommend them.

I'm never going anywhere but Tire Discounters. Wow are they great. Had a flat. Drove right in. Matt fixed it and did a better job than I expected. Great place. Great service. Great price!!

Highly recommend! The staff at Westgate was friendly and worked fast to get us back on the road. We got an air leak in our tire on the way to Knoxville and they patched it at no charge. A much appreciated gesture! Check them out for any of your auto service needs!

Came in with a flat. They were notably helpful and kind on the phone. Got us in quickly, and discovered our problem was the valve stem. They fixed it free of charge and asked only that we leave a good review, which is easy to do for them! Highly recommend.

Thses guys here are professionals and gentlemen alike. They took the line with kind hearts but also getting everyone thru at a quick pase. They also treat you as if you are also knowledgeable and have patience and understand what you are going thru.. we thank you guys for installing my brakes correctly that the car company somehow missed and now the sound is gone and drives like a dream. You all did a great job and will be coming back.

The best place I’ve been to for my car. Today I went to get my tire fixed and I spoke with Kevin. I explained what happened and he took a look at my car and pulled it in the garage and had it fixed within a half hour I believe. I wasn’t waiting long at all. He was very pleasant and helped me with all my needs today. This past summer I had also gone there for my dad’s truck tires. I had spoken with Dave for that one. Also super pleasant helped me with everything I needed. Because of these 2 counter gentlemen, I will not take my car anywhere else for tires. And kudos to all the guys in the garage. Everyone I spoke with was very kind, listened to everything I needed and they took care of everything. Again, I will not take my car anywhere else from now on.

I have used westgate for several years and several diff vehicle. The new guys are just as awesome as the ones before. Great to work with. I had several questions and wanted to change sizes from factory. Kevin was very helpful and patient to get me the tires and rims I wanted. Thank u again

we want to give Robert especially and Tire Discounters a HUGE THANK YOU!!! we pulled in at 4:08 pm on a Saturday afternoon , Mother's Day weekend after moving our daughter out of UTK ! Robert went above and beyond by repairing our tire with a nail in it and a slow leak. we are SO grateful and thank you again to Robert and Tire Discounters and their amazing customer service!! My son ran over some debris in the road in November and the debris tore the underside of his engine out from underneath the car. It was late at night and the tow truck driver towed the car to Westgate. We live 3 hours from Newport and were not familiar with the area. After discussing that our vehicle would need a new engine the folks at Westgate sourced a used engine for us and installed it. After doing a safety check once the engine was replaced they notice his tires were dry rotted along the sidewall, sent us pictures, and we bought a set of tires also. These folks are skilled trustworthy and honest. They went out of there way to help us out and made sure the vehicle was perfect when we made the 3 hour drive to pick it up. I would highly recommend Westgate if you live in the Newport area, you have a gem sitting right there in the middle of town. Thanks again Kevin for all your help.

Great service. On my way home from Christmas Holiday and got a flat tire. Pulled in and they plugged the hole. . Was in and out in 30 minutes. Everyone was great. I made it home without any more troubles. Thanks a bunch for your friendly service.

I honestly cannot rate our experience high enough. Extremely professional and fast service. We were visiting the area and needed a tire repair due to picking up a couple of screws in our tire. They took us in right away and got us back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

My wife was traveling to Nashville for a business trip on I-40 on 10-16-23. She noticed a low tire pressure warning that came on in the dash. She googled local tire stores and Westgate was close bye her location. After checking all her tires to make sure they were ok and filling them up with air they would not accept her paying them. She said the gentleman that helped her was very very nice and took great care of her. We do not live in the area where Westgate is located and i just wanted to leave this review to let them know how much their kindness was greatly appreciated. I also want to tell anyone who is reading this review and lives in the area close to them to please stop bye or call them if you have any tire needs. They took care of my wife and did not charge her anything for their time. With a SC out of state tag on her car they knew she would probably not be a repeat customer. That speaks volumes for the kind of honest ,trustworthy people they are. Thanks again Guys for what you did for my better half.
