Thank you to this kfc for making sure my food was hot and fresh they dropped fresh chicken for my family order and it meant a lot especially being pregnant. I believe it was the manager who called my husband to let him know it would take a bit longer due to the fresh food and we highly appreciated it! The chicken was hot fresh and crispy they even made sure not to put the lid on so the chicken stayed crispy

You can never go wrong with KFC..... new wraps were a hit, and so was the fill up bucket for $20. Seemed to be a bit behind with all the drive tru and walk-in orders, but worth the wait.

I called ahead to make sure they had pot pies. A very nice man told they did. I asked him to save one for me because I had a bit of a drive. He saved the pot pie for me and remembered my name. The chicken nuggets and cole slaw were also delicious.

We went here yesterday April 7th cause it was my youngest daughter's birthday she turned 11 and we let her pick where to eat, we was actually greeted by 2 employees that was behind the counter. The young lady who took our order was so nice and polite and kept saying happy birthday to my daughter. And the other employee I didn't catch his name I wish we did cause he was really super nice and they both made us all feel super welcome and he asked my daughter which flavor cake sounded the best "lemon or chocolate" and she said chocolate and he went in back and brought her out a chocolate cake and even added extra Buffalo chicken to her order. If I could add 5 more stars I definitely would.

Came here for lunch today. Been going to various KFC chains for almost 25 years now. They are reasonably priced and the chicken is very tasty. The issue I had today is that they took a bunch of orders without confirming the food was readily available. I understand that businesses sometimes run out of inventory. The problem I had is that they waited until after I paid for my food to tell me that they could not provide the food I had purchased. I assume this was an isolated event and will give this place another chance someday. But I will confirm the food is available before I process my credit card.

Update to review from six months ago: Had a much better experience today. Food was tasty and they provided exactly what I purchased. Will definitely return next time I am in the neighborhood and want fried chicken.

Belle Vernon location of KFC is one of the best I've eaten at. They keep me coming back. The food is prepared top notch. When a new item hits the menu, Its always the best it can be. The staff is very friendly , They make you feel welcome.

Been there twice in the last month... Food and service was on point, but when did they stop including cookies with the meals?!?

Although very busy, the service was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and hot.
Never had a bad experience at this KFC.
And the dining area is always clean.

Not sure why above the blue line it says "tell others why you hated this place". I dont hate any of the places I have been because they are places I stumbled upon by accident or recommed by a friend. The food was yummy as it should be.

Nice juicy chicken. I love this especially when it is not dry.

I wanted to try their new chicken sandwich and got the sides and drink with it I just love going there

Always delicious. A little more expensive that your average burger fast food, but well worth it. Super friendly staff.

Had to wait awhile. But worth is to have hot fresh food. At least they warned about how long it would.

The 16 piece bucket was delicious because it is the original recipe and the biscuits are as I remembered them!
