Duke's Brewhouse

This staff is welcoming and friendly! The atmosphere is nice and what I love is that they are pet friendly. Needed a nice place to eat while I was out with my pups. The garlic parmesan wings are amazing, the mozarella sticks were really yummy as well and honestly probably one of the best I’ve tasted, as for the nachos they were pretty good, not my favorite but they were great and I was with my grandmother and mother and they both thought it was really good. Their sweet tea was really great as well. All in all the food was great! Definitely would come by here again.

For to go the only thing negative I have to say is it can often take quite a while, and when you walk in to pick up your order there’s usually never anyone at the front. You’ve gotta flag someone down or go to the bar and wait. Then the food usually isn’t ready, BUT their food is always tasty and amazing here! The wings are perfectly crispy, and their sauces are the best wing sauces around. I usually go for traditional wings with the honey garlic sauce, and they’re amazing. I crave them all the time! Great prices, too. For dine in it’s not really that classy of a place. I prefer not to eat there because it is out, and basically a sports bar restaurant. It could use some TLC inside, and the service is slow.
But the food is literally worth it!!

We come here all the time, and love this places excellent food and service, but to not hide anything we did have a very bad experience last week with one of there managers. I am happy to report that the regional manager was on it and made sure to take the time to call and talk to me about the experience. After this conversation we decided to come back tonight and I we where greeted by a wonderful server Kristen. The beer was cold and the food was wonderful. Both managers on staff Hillary and Michelle took the time to come by our table to make sure everything was good. Thank you so much for taking the time to make things right. This is a must try place.

During my recent visit to Dukes BrewHouse in Winter Haven, we were fortunate to have Alona as my server, and her exceptional service turned a great meal into an extraordinary experience.

From the moment we were seated, Alona’s warmth and professionalism of service were evident. Her knowledge of the menu helped me navigate all my options, and her recommendations were spot-on, showcasing her genuine enthusiasm for the food and drink offerings. I’ve been coming to dukes but I thought I would give my two cents. This restaurant has gone through its ups and downs with staffing or quality but this is the best it’s been in FOREVER! The GM/Owner Operator Josh is crushing it in service, food quality, and the vibe! The staff are friendly and attentive and happy to serve you. This is my go to place to eat when I get off work. Love this place.

Also! Joslynn’s great! Very attentive and great attitude!

Really enjoyed our first visit. The food was so good! The pretzel appetizers are delicious and so are their wings. Excellent service, our drinks were never empty. Added a picture of their daily specials. We sat near the gaming systems, the music got to be a bit annoying but other than that, clean restrooms, clean restaurant, good food and great service!

Jasmine was amazing and gave our party the best suggestions! We had the (wings) super platter w/blue cheese and ranch and the ranch is the best I've ever had...GOSH!!! 🤤

Our waitress Joshlynn sorry if I miss spelled it lol. She was amazing she showed my daughter extra attention even though she was busy and the food was great.

I had a fantastic experience tonight here. Great game atmosphere with a cool crowd. The food was amazing, but the difference was made by the staff. Smiles on there faces. Jenna and Josh constantly checked on our table. They both are assets here, and I will recommend to my medical accounts.

I had chicken & fries and a drink. It's a nice sports bar if you wanna watch sports & grab food.

I sat at the bar and Tiffany was great. I asked her for a suggestion on the few items I was interested in and she recommended the Philly Flatbread which was excellent as was the Strawberry Hard Lemonade. I'm looking forward to going back again soon.

I have never had a bad dish.... But highly recommend the Shepherds pie with gravy on the side!!!

Coming from way out of town, Ordered the garlic parmesan chicken wings. So good!!!! And the Dukes Greek salad wow I was surprised how delicious that was. Thank you to my server Brooke and who ever the chef was. Had a great time. Hope to visit again.

Go their all the time for wings and beer! Honey garlic wings are the best along with the cheese and bacon fries. The beer is the coldest in town.

Thursday evening 01.18. Fate brought a group of friends who haven't seen each other in 38 years together here at Duke's. Thanks to Tiffany behind the bar and all the ladies who made sure our drinks were full and our food hot. Cheers!

These stars were hard earned friends. Up until this particular dining experience last weekend, I wouldn't have gave this place 2 stars. 5 out of 5 times, I had issues. However, we love the ladies, and all the sports coverage, so we keep coming back. This time was the charm! When my burger and onion rings arrived, 3 gentlemen to my right asked WHAT DID YOU ORDER?? It looked phenomenal, and tasted even better. I totally regretted my phone was dead so I couldn't get pics. Made up for previous negative experiences for sure. Hope the next experience is equally as good!

Just tried the meatloaf at Winter Haven location! Wow! So damn good! Mashed potatoes and gravy with some southwest egg rolls! I'm a meatloaf guy and I have to say I've had it everywhere. I have to say it's amazing! So different than usual and hands down best in town ! YUMM!

The food was really bad. I went with a group of people and not a single one of us enjoyed our meal

Edit: Originally gave a 1 star review. a change of management and staff has made the place really great. I dont visit too often, but my last 4 visits were great. Will continue to visit on certain sporting events

Very special restaurant, friendly staff, delicious dishes. I hope there will be a branch in Orlando

They used to be a great place to eat but it has gone down hill in the food area. The servers they used to have dressed well in western style. Cowboy boots, button up shirts and cutoff short short jeans . Not the girls look like cheap streetwalkers. It like they try to cut them off like a thong. No manage quality it has become just a hang out for guys. Not a family sports bar. For quality has gone down. Prices gone up. Will not go back. We use to go there once a week but no more.
