Great communication as to arrival time. Also sent a photo of the technician so I knew who to expect. Rich was fantastic! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Repair price was fair. Excellent experience! Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Called Mr Appliance for problem with the washer. Was able to get a quick appointment. James arrived promptly during the appt window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed within 40 minutes. He was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Mr Appliance for your repair problems. They are always our first call.

I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance. At first they weren't going to be able to come for 5 days but then had some cancelations and were able to come the day I called. Rich was our technician and was fantastic. He had our washer diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I feel that the charge was extremely reasonable especially for same day service. I would definitely contact them again if ever needed and will let others know who to call when in need.

When I called for a service visit I got and appointment for 2 days out compared to a week or more from another outfit. The office personnel were vey helpful and maintained good communications. The service tech arrived within the 2 hour promised window and provided text notification when he was on his way to my house. He diagnosed the issue but did not have the part. He came back the next business day with the part to finish the job.

I called Mr. Appliance on a friend's recommendation. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I spoke with Linda in making my appointment and she was very nice and helpful. James was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my stove back up and running in a very short time. I would highly recommend giving them a try for your repair/service needs.

We have called Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park before for repairs and this time was no different. James was the tech who came to our house and he was great, very professional and personable. When we made the appointment, we knew it was a holiday weekend when we called to make the appointment but they were able get us in very early afternoon the Tuesday after the holiday. We recommend Mr. Appliance and James highly and will use them again in the event they are needed.

Jonathan was great explaining everything that my refrigerator needed. Felt very confident with his explanation. My dad was a small business appliance dealer and repair person so I felt I was being treated very well and most of all HONESTLY!

My dryer needed a replacement heating element and the tech, Regginald was professional, courteous, friendly and fast! The work was completed w/in 2 days of of my call (1 day delay due to the part not in stock) and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.

Easy and quick appointment, great communication, and serviceman who did the work quickly identified the problem, ordered parts and returned as soon as they were in to complete the repair (Gas Dryer). Great service, and will recommend them to others!

James is very knowledgeable and practical. We had James help us with washer and dryer issues to kitchen exhaust fan issues. Very happy with how he identifies issues and resolves it.

I made an appointment online and everything went very smoothly. Reggie came and diagnosed my washing machine. The part came quickly and he was able to install it the next day.
