J. Parker Ltd has a great selection of premium brands. I am giving this 5-star rating for their service. I am an out-of-towner that shopped here while on holiday. I bought four pairs of pants needed to be hemmed, and when they were mailed to me at my home address the hem was way too short, an apparent error of the outsourced alteration company. J. Parker Ltd sent me four replacement pairs no questions asked and refunded me for the shipping (both ways) and alterations costs. I was very pleased with the pants and ended up with a happy outcome.
