Thanks to Chronicle, we discovered this gem. Took a drive today, almost an hour from us, and well worth it. Excellent food, pastries, and coffee.
Looking forward to adding this into our rotation of cafes we love to go to.
The pistachio cake with strawberry jam, should be a staple on the menu. So good!

Amazing spot - we love going here! They have the best drinks and the food is amazing. This past time we got the Jammy Egg on Brioche and it was delicious. Everyone is super friendly. The parking is easy and it's very accessible to walk to. Love Two Bees so much! Welcome to Dover!

Their croissants are the real deal! Highly recommended spot for coffee, high quality baked goods and breakfast.

Absolutely adored this spot! Baked goods were exceptional, wide selection of canned beers and mimosas, atmosphere was very pleasant and the music was wonderful. Will definitely be back to sit on the deck when it’s not raining! Awesome spot!

We finally had a chance to try Two Bees. I had the salmon tartine which could have just been cream cheese on toast with some veggie garnishes, and although that is essentially what it was the construction, choice, and quality of the ingredients made it exceptional. It looks like parking could get a little tricky in the summer once the deck opens but it is well worth a short walk from Central Ave.

I met a colleague here for our weekly meet up. We both grabbed coffees and a variety of pastries to share, including the Jammy Egg. Mother of Gawd, each bite was scrumptious! I cannot wait to go back and try all the other options! The staff was friendly and hospitable, the atmosphere comfortable and fun. I look forward to summers, when hopefully outdoor seating on the river is available! Park on street and walk, as parking is extremely limited here (it’s a one way).

The chef is amazing! Her pastries are a must try, but get there in the morning, when there is a good selection coming out. I drove in from Manchester with my wife and we loved it! Atmosphere is very nice, but I need to go in the summer to experience the ricer side seating outside

Love this hidden gem! Never tried anything that I didn't like. Perfect for meeting a friend for a coffee, pastry or lunch. Small food menu, but all yummy.

Went with a friend for a leisurely breakfast on a recommendation and am so glad we went! It was my first time here - you know a place is great when there’s already a line waiting for the doors to open! Not gonna lie; you enter the building which has a bunch of offices and suites and think “how can this be the way in? There has to be another entrance…” so I walked around the building looking for another entrance. Nope, that’s the way in.

The doors opened at 9 and you enter what looks like it could be an office suite but when you continue walking you are greeted with the loveliest space that makes you feel like you are in a Parisian cafe (never been to France so it’s what this American envisions). Just look at the pictures to see what I mean.

The menu is very limited in terms of a sit-down breakfast so bypass the menu and instead look in the display cases for the freshly made items of the day, which change all the time. It will be hard to choose!

I ordered the quiche of the day which was zucchini and summer squash. The server warmed it up (nice touch!) and it was a custardy, creamy quiche in a lovely crust. It was accompanied by fresh greens with a vinaigrette. Ok, not really breakfast material given the 9 am time and more suited for brunch, but delicious nonetheless. And in keeping with the brunch mood, I ordered a lemon meringue tart slice ‘cause dessert should be had with every meal - can I get an Amen? I also ordered an iced mocha coffee which was probably unnecessary, but indulgent and delicious.

My friend ordered a jalapeño, chive and cheddar biscuit filled with ham and (I believe) Brie. Again, the server warmed it up so it was melty and oh so tasty (according to my friend). She ordered the maple lemonade and the maple flavor was very subtle but gave a depth to the lemonade you don’t find when just plain sugar is used. It wasn’t overly sweet as some lemonades can be, and you know it was made with real squeezed lemon juice.

We split the lemon meringue tart and it was terrific. The crust was buttery and fresh, the meringue perfectly browned, and the filling was a puckery lemon creme that wasn’t the typical bright yellow almost jello consistency goop you typically find. This filling was smooth, custardy, rich and not too sweet as most lemon desserts can be.

My friend and I were able to snag a table on the deck overlooking the river and the ambience was delightful. Ducks swam by while we enjoyed our selections and the deck was peaceful and perfect for chatting and catching up.

Servers will bring you your food but you are responsible for cleaning up by putting your used glasses , utensils and plates in a bucket by the door. That didn’t bother me at all, and it allows the cafe to not need to hire bussers. Upon leaving I took a peek in the bakery snd kitchen areas and complimented the staff on a lovely time.

This is only my 2nd Google review ever written, but my experience there was so terrific I felt compelled to submit a review. I highly recommend Two Bees Cafe and Patisserie and look forward to going again!

Such a cute little cafe, with delicious food and pastries! I love the whole space, it was warm so they opened the patio doors and it was just perfect. My salmon tartine was excellent, as were the coffee and pastries. I really want to come back to try more pastries because they are all so beautiful and varied!

The smoked turkey sandwich was delicious, and I'm sure the bread had a lot to do with it tasting so good. Will have to go back to try the pastries- they looked out of this world.

This cafe is such a hidden gem! The food is AMAZING! Seriously, I was in heaven - I just got a simple mozzarella tomato sandwich and it was the best i’ve had. The ingredients were so fresh, and the bread was perfect. There is a beautiful view of the river through this big windows, a back patio where you can sit outside. I also had to have one of their danishes and good lord, it was so amazing and crispy. Baked perfectly. Definitely go here.

Delish and beautiful!
We got a lemon meringue pie and a crazy chocolate mousse on a crunch cookie with the softest whipped cream and caramel. We also got the sandwich special.
Everything was perfect from food to ease of ordering and the beautiful view of the River and all the plants inside! Prices of drinks and food are more than fair and the variety of the menu is plentiful for any person to split a sandwich and dessert with someone like we did!

We got quiche (kale, parsnips, feta) and it was served with a side salad that had a light dressing on it. I was worried the kale might be gross but they prepared it so well that it blended with the other ingredients to make for delightful flavor. The quiche is always impossibly silky with a flaky crust. Our mochas were flippin' perfect. I also got a macaron that was so damn tasty I saved half of it for later.

I absolutely love 2 Bee's. The quality is bananas and consistent, the staff is efficient and friendly. I would go there every day, if I could.

We came for a snack and got yummy bakery items and espressos. We sat on the deck by the river and it was very pleasant.

Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and food. My lemon meringue tart was excellent and so was their chocolate mouse-like tart. I wish my large iced coffee was filled with coffee not ice but that seems the norm these days. The coffee was good; I just wish I had more of it. We will definitely be returning!

Have enjoyed every pastry I've tried here, quality and variety is great. A lot more I still want to try. Coffee is good and the staff is always very friendly. I love the vibe of this place so much, great addition to Dover.

My only disappointment from my visit is that it took me so long to stop by! My husband and I remarked on how it was busy but still a very peaceful atmosphere, which is something we really appreciated. All of the baked items looked amazing. We decided to get a ham and cheese and a chocolate croissant. The lamination was perfection on my he croissants and some of the best we have had outside of Europe. Also, best Mocha I’ve had in Dover since Adelle’s closed. Highly recommend!

First time here and holy moly will I be coming back STAT! It’s so cute inside and an adorable location outside along the water. My mocha latte was delicious and I truly said “oh my god” when I took my first bite of the heirloom tomato + jammy egg on the brioche bun! 12/10 recommend checking this spot out!
