Great spot!!! We liked every flavor we ordered and kept switching back and forth to share. We will definitely be back to try more, although my Dole whip was so good it will be tough to get anything else!

Staff is so nice - my car battery died (after they closed) and the staff called their family to come jump it!

One of my favorite summer stops. Not only they have a big selection of flavors - 65 of hard serve, but they also offer soft serve, sherbet, sorbet, frozen yogurt, non sugar ice-cream, dole whip and others combinations, drinks... Definetly worth to stop and make your day more enjoyable.

Ice cream in a waffle cone is the best. The first time we went I had their butter pecan ice cream. It was chock full of pecans and so very tasty. The next time I had the Dole Whip that was fantastic!!

So fun! So many choices to choose from, too! The employees are friendly and energetic. The prices are fair. Plenty of parking. This is a great stop during those summer months if you need a quick treat.

The staff is typically teenagers/college kids and they are always friendly and nice. It had been years since I stopped by but after moving back to the area, I did again and will be back after being reminded how good it is. It's right next to a seafood restaurant so if you need a meal first and want a great dessert, it's an easy choice.

The Ice cream 🍦 was delicious 😋 I had help from my daughter eating my Banana Split Yummy!!!!! reasonable prices.Was a beautiful day for a ride with my 2nd Mom and my youngest child!That feels weird saying that!I will go back if I'm n town again There r so many flavors I want to try. ( Hard ice cream )you have to try it out for yourself it's worth the trip.

Much like other small ice cream shops, their portions are huge - you get more than what you’ve paid for. They have a number of hard flavors, soft serve options, dairy free, and fro-yo. And of course, all the toppings you can think of.

Prices were more than reasonable. Cash and card accepted. Swing on in while they’re still open.

Our go-to ice cream for the summer! So many flavors and they are all very tasty! The size of the scoops are enormous, ranging from Baby Moo (smallest, but still quite large for most people) to Holy Cow (an uncomfortable amount of ice cream.) On those super hot days, I go with the large frappe for a creamy, less-mess option.

BEST ICE CREAM PLACE AROUND! Reminds me of my old childhood hometown ice cream place. Nice staff, easy payment options (they even accept Venmo), and overall amazing ice cream! 10/10 recommend

Bring cash. Cash or Venmo. I recommend the Lemon Merengue, hard scoop. Dole Whip is offered, and another kind (I forget) for lactose or gluten sensitivity.

Cowlicks Dairy Bar has always been my favorite place to get an ice cream or a frappe. It’s local, offers lactose free options and the staff is always happy to serve you. I’ve been on my own twice already this year and even for the opening season for Cowlicks, the staff has greeted me with welcoming, makes me an incredibly delicious ‘butter crunch frappe’ and sends me on my way with a smile! Thank you for always giving my family and I a great experience, only 2 minutes from our home!

Great place to get ice cream; they have benches to sit at & dog ice cream with a bone on top for people like myself with canines. Ice cream was quality, quantity very reasonable & priced OK by newer after Covid stamdards.

I'm not a dairy person. (not by choice) The had this thing called the Dole Whip. It's kinda like a sherbet only it has a creamy texture. So I tried the Pineapple. It was excellent. And Three hours later no I'll effects. For anyone in a similar situation with dairy products, it's worth a try.

Great ice cream, great service. Should show how much you get when you order sizes. All my grandkids could only eat half of their small size. Would have ordered kiddie if I'd known.

I had a very bad experience at the Dover Cowlicks with the teenager who was taking our order. She had a light purple half-shirt ans a belly ring. When she leaned over to type our order you were able to see like 1/3 of her cleavage. No one should ever that experience when they are ordering ice cream. I'm more concerned about her safety than anything. Please, please, please tell her to wear a T-shirt tomorrow. The ice cream was great.

This place serves ice cream. The staff smiles. Big portions of ice cream. Mostly big smiles. If somehow, you go here and your expectations aren't met, ask yourself: do I deserve Ice Cream? Chances are, you don't. You probably need time out and a nap.

I am normally not an ice cream person but their ice cream is SO GOOD. Especially recommend the hard serve cotton candy, black raspberry, and vanilla (which is anything but plain) flavors.

Cowlicks is awesome! Princess is my personal favorite, so is fudge brownie soft serve. The staff is very sweet and friendly! A great place to stop on a hot summer day❣
