As a single dad of a teenage daughter I struggle to keep up with the trends. I'm tired of just giving gift cards for Christmas. I went in and was given the best customer service I have ever experienced. The sales associate at the Fort Collins location , I believe her name was Sydney, took the time to listen to me, offer suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about the products. It was well worth the time to visit the store and money well spent. Great job Sydney, whatever they're paying you its not enough!

I go in to this store almost every day and the staff are amazing Cole has been the best person always trying to help me and always greeting people as they comm in. Brian is a very hard worker every time I see him he is doing something for someone. There is somuch joy in this store if I am having a bad day I will go in there and leave with a smile. Emana is one of the prettiest and nicest girls that will actually talk to me and I really think she is a good worker.

Awesome. So, I go in looking for a hat, right? And instantly, a hat expert by the name of Cole shows up and helps me determine which one best suits me (I'm clueless to all things fashionable). So the next thing you know, after a bit of friendly chit-chat and transaction, I'm walking away from the mall with a cool new hat. Genuine staff. Great products. Check 'em out.

If you're close, and up to shop at a sweet skate shop, stop by Zumiez. It may not be local, but the amazing staff makes it seem like one, because they don't give off a corporation vibe. And if Cole, Emana, or Ryan are working, ask for one of them. I can promise they will make your day better. I go there as much as I can just for the people, but also for the sweet merchandise. They won't let you down!

The staff here has always been super friendly & helpful! I've had to order items from other stores & they always make finding the item I want way easy. Cole & China have been extra awesome to name a few! :-)

I walked in and people offered to help me ASAP. I was gonna buy a completed deck but I forgot to bring my wallet literally 💀. But they were understandable.

Great selection and customer service

Good selection of clothes and shoes. I would always find some steals on their sales rack. The staff here is super chill and really easy to talk to.

Marcus is fantastic! His commitment to helping is exceptionally rare. He and this store are a gem.
