We had Tom and Levi out to install our first ever water softener today and it was pretty great all around. Super friendly guys, really efficient with their time and install skills (they were done in under 2 hours!), and transparent in the cost and pricing. There was no hidden fees or surprises, which is a big deal to me. This was also a pretty tight space to install in but they really made it look nice and like it belonged there. Can't recommend Maxwell-White enough! They're just a really well run organization. Had them out for some plumbing repair too and 5 stars all the way around. Thanks so much!

Maxwell-White Water Conditioning came out to service our water softener. They were able to come two days early, called before they arrived. They were knowledgeable & efficient. They diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate which I approved & they completed the work in a timely fashion. The softener is working as it should. Would highly recommend them for water conditioning needs.

We were experiencing water softener issues and within two days we had a technician at our house to replace the current conditioner with a new one Tom and Levi did an awesome job getting us up and running again. Their work was neat and professional. Plumbing done right!

Our 11 year old water softener was making a lot of noise during the brine cycle. One call and Tom from Maxwell-White was on our site. A short diagnostic look and came to the conclusion that a new softener was needed. Installed immediately. Fast, friendly and complete within the hour. That’s service.

We were so lucky to have called at the right time. Tom had a cancellation and arrived within a couple hours. He tested our water, gave us a quote on the repair of our existing water softener and quoted a new unit as well. He answered all of our questions. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We opted for a new softener and he completed the job same day.

The Maxwell-White installer did a wonderful, professional job installing our charcoal filter and new softener. He modified the plumbing so we got the water service throughout the household and kitchen that we asked for.

Had them come out to service and old water softener. The cost would came close to a new replacement. There was no pressure to either repair it or replace it. Tom arrived in a timely manner after a slight rescheduling on my part. He was professional and friendly. His diagnosis was accurate, and he presented me with four options, all clearly explained. After a quick call to the office, he exchanged the water conditioner units efficiently. He told me when the water was turned off and turned on again. Then he exlained the differences in the new unit. I could not ask for more efficient sevice.
