This is one of my favorite Zales in the Huntsville area. Located upstairs inside the mall by the food court. Brook, Ashley, and the crew give great customer care with an awesome attitude and warm smiles. If you are looking for top quality jewelry for any occasion this is the place. You can catch sales regularly. Jewelry cleaning is always amazing and comes with a lifetime warranty. If you are looking for a great place to buy jewelry along with great people, this is the place.

I absolutely love this store, I only get my jewelry here because they have such beautiful jewelry! Brooke the manager and Skylar the assistant manager has helped me get so many different types of jewelry! Also if you need something resized they send it off quickly so once you get it, you’ll have the jewelry you’ve always wanted!

Diane was absolutely fabulous! Diane’s kind and warm welcome immediately put us at ease, like we were meeting up with a good friend. She was not only very knowledgeable, but her level of service went above and beyond! Thanks Diane!

Brook was absolutely amazing! She is always smiling and beyond sweet, always an amazing help and on top of her game! my husband and I absolutely love her, and we love that she loves her job!
She helped me get my husbands wedding ring, and helped me find a beautiful necklace as my husband is in the Navy.
She was beyond prepared and had everything ready for me before I arrived.
