Donny has been fantastic help through our whole engagement process. He was helpful when it came to picking out a ring and very quick with appraisal for insurance purposes. Amazing experience. My wife passed away in 2019 and left jewelry galore. I have no sense on identifying good fake from real except for what I know I was present for. I asked other jewelry stores and just to look at it it would cost around $200-$500…Not appraise, just help me separate them. I spoke to Donny, he told me to bring them in about 2 weeks ago. Today he look at them, with so much patience, care and dedication. Once he was done I asked how much, he just looked at me shook my hands and said your friendship is good enough payments. This is a man of old schooling, help when needed, be kind to others and maintain their dignity no matter how simple the task. Yes, I will go back to him for a basic appraisal now that I know the actual items that need it. Donny, thank you, you are GENTLEMAN.

Donny is awesome! Him and his crew always greet you at the door. My fiancé had a great experience working with him on designing my ring. I literally couldn’t be happier with it and so glad Donny has helped every step of the way. We have already discussed going back soon to pick out our wedding bands and I’m so excited! Donny has gone above and beyond whenever I have taken my jewelry in! My ring was completely bent out of shape and missing prongs, he was able to completely repair it and make it sparkle like I’ve never seen! He was also able to reset an old wedding ring into a necklace. They are such kind and caring people and truly value their customers and making sure they’re taken care of.

I had the most amazing experience with Donny's! I trusted the incredibly helpful, kind, and charismatic owner with a very sentimental ring that needed MAJOR repairing. He special ordered me a new stone, new prongs, and fixed an incredibly damaged band. The ring is absolutely beautiful. I'm so happy that they were able to repair this sentimental family heirloom! Thirty-four years ago, being young, my husband and I could not afford to buy the anniversary ring that went with our wedding ring set. Last February I brought my rings to Donny and asked if he could make the anniversary ring, but with amethysts instead of diamonds. He said Yes!! One month later and my set is perfect. Not only does it look as though my rings/set has always looked like this, the new ring looks exactly as it should. It is absolutely amazing and I couldn't be more thrilled!! Words truly cannot express how happy I am with both the ring and Donny.

I went to see Uncle Donny to repair a necklace for me. He fixed my necklace very quickly and he didn't even charge me! Always excellent service here. He's always nice to everyone! I love Uncle Donny! Please go by and visit him!

My fiancée and I were shopping for my wedding and had been to few stores, but nothing really had a “wow” factor. Many years ago my wife inherited a diamond necklace but due to the style found few occasions to wear it. We brought it to Donny and he was able to make it into a beautiful double diamond tennis bracelet and also this fantastic necklace that she can wear throughout the year.
