My wedding ring set was looking lackluster. I haven’t had my rings checked or rhodium plating done in 13 years. My friend highly recommended this place. From the moment I walked in the staff were so friendly. I told them my desire to check my rings and to redo the rhodium plating and they were on it. I loved the fact that they did the work in house and I didn’t have to have my rings sent off. They checked and informed me that one of the rings may need some repairs in the future. They told me it would take about a week to get my rings done and it only took 4 days. My rings look new again , and the fee was reasonable! I also really loved how the staff were friendly, but not pushy. If you are looking for a great customer service ,amazing in house repairs, and from what I could tell a great selection of jewelry, this is the place to go in Huntsville.

Corey was super helpful and made our time there stress free. He was very educational and the service was amazing! We never felt rushed or pressured while looking at their pieces! Would definitely recommend them as your jeweler.

What a wonderfully welcoming and absolutely enchanting fine jewelry store! I went in to have my precious engagement ring repaired and not only did they repair it immediately but they graciously didn’t accept a dime, only to further the recommendation and that I will do, over and over again. Also, loved their engaging specialists welcoming customers with wit and grace.

I am writing this review after having a custom ring made here. The ring looked perfect! And after a few sizing adjustments the team made it right and provided amazing customer service and support. I have truly never seen such great customer service and a family like environment.

Hi walked in into Osbourne's after reading some good reviews about how wonderful this place was on Reddit.

When I walked in I was connected with Pam and man I am very happy I was able to work with her.

I came in with my Grandmother's heart diamond ring wanting to get the diamond placed in another setting that represented my now fiance.

Working was Pam was very pleasant and personable. I got an opportunity to experience a new experience for myself of picking out an engagement ring which I had never don't before.

Pam was extremely patient with me and compassionate and genuinely wanted to hear my story.

Pam is all smiles and she I felt very blessed to work with her.

We simulated alot of different settings with a heart diamond to fit what I was looking for.

The timing of the ring was longer than I expected. It took about a month to get back but I was very happy to wait after seeing the results of the ring.

I will recommend Osbourne's to anyone looking for fine jewlery.

I opened the box and as soon as I saw the creation of our engagement ring I had tears In my eyes.

My experience with Osbourne's was WONDERFUL! I bought an engagement ring from sales rep Adam Starnes. He was amazing to work with. He helped me create the perfect ring with a custom setting and a gorgeous center stone. Could not recommend them enough. My next jewelry purchase will definitely be from Osbourne's.

I visited 6 different jewelers in the HSV area with my girlfriend (now fiance') to get an idea of what ring to buy for engagement. Osborne's was an absolute standout on professionalism and general assistance. At that time I had never bought jewelry of any kind, and now I have purchased wedding bands as well as repair work for a family watch from Osborne's.
The entire team is knowledgeable and personable. They can help anybody across the spectrum of jewelry aficionado to a clueless boyfriend who needs help with engagement ring hunting. Jesse is my go to person, but anybody in store can give you a great experience and a coffee to sip while you peruse.

We will and have gone back since buying my engagement ring. I went in with NO idea what I wanted, skin allergies to metals, and a grudge against spending a lot for a rock... Within 10 minutes of getting in and talking things over with our guy, he said let's just walk and talk - I loved this! After about 5 minutes of me wandering around I found a ring with a Ruby and I asked for it to be made custom... Meaning our guy had a lot of work to do on our behalf because the rig maker didn't cast my ring in the carat I needed, nor with my gems. Well, 2 months later my fiance proposed with the custom ring with a mossinite diamond, aquamarine accent stones, and custom gold weighted ring and I couldn't be happier! ❤ We are so happy with the store, service, and of course my ring.
Yes, he proposed on a workout night/run, and I was caught off guard and gave the wrong hand over, ha! 😊

Dee was amazing. She went over and beyond for service. The store was so patient with my son as he picked out my daughter-in-law’s diamond for her engagement ring which took him months. From the start of that until what I bought to wear with my dress was the most amazing service. They designed a few pieces for him, her and even me.

So about 4 years ago I wandered into Osborne Jewelers looking for inspiration for my wife a Christmas gift. Little did I know that random visit would now be a Christmas tradition . I had the good fortune to originally work with Dee, and have ever since (it is worth noting that all of the Osborne staff seem to be most kind and gracious). And I honestly use the word "work" as I recently went in thinking that I had exhausted all ideas and options for my wife a piece of jewelry, and that was just the challenge Dee needed. She immediately pulled up our purchase history and she and I began looking at options. Within 30 minutes I was now struggling to make a decision on which piece I wanted for this Christmas. My wife (who is has not always been a "jewlery girl") and I have worked with Dee in non-Christmas jewelry purchases and and fully trust that she is guiding us to what best fits my wife's style and use in jewelry.
So for Christmas 2024 the tradition continues, and I can't wait for my wife to see what Dee and I came up with this year!.

I needed to get my watch I got for Christmas adjusted with the links. This doesn’t cost much and isn’t really that big of a deal. However they were so kind and so wonderful!
