I needed a floor sander to flatten a wood floor. They had the machine and supplies for the job, so I was able to get it done and moving on to the next task.

Very highly enjoyable experience working with All Star Rents. A fabulous team. Everyone one was really fun, and easy to chat with. Definitely I recommend using them.

I rented a small excavator for one day on Saturday, which meant I could return it Monday morning. After a couple of hours on Saturday, the left tread came off while I was moving through some mud. I called and they had someone out to repair it within an hour. I was back in business and resumed working the next day on Sunday. That afternoon, the tread came off again. They were closed, but I called at 7 AM on Monday, and they were back again within an hour to fix it up, and they gave me an extra day to finish my work. They were excellent communicators and helped me through understanding how to secure the machine to the trailer when I was done using it. All in all, an excellent experience. I will definitely use them again.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I would give 10++ stars!!! After a horrible 24 hrs between a failed job and a flat on my truck this place TURNED it all around!!! I left not worried about a thing! The people here were MORE THAN UNDERSTANDING & SO HELPFUL!! THANK YOU ALL STAR RENTS!!!!

Very happy with how they treated me. Equipment worked really well. No waiting, no fuss... Perhaps first week of March is slow time but worked out really well for me ...Five stars in my opinion.

All Star is absolutely the best! I rent from All Star on a regular basis and have for several years. The staff is very friendly and over the top helpful. Excellent service that justifies the higher prices compared to nearby competitors. I finished a large project (see picture) with their excavator and multiple track loaders. When the track on one started to come apart, they were at the job site the next morning with a replacement machine. Thanks guys!

Rented many items from these guys, the staff is awesome and very helpful this is my go to place for any of my tool rental needs in the Placerville area.

Excellent customer service. Equipment is well maintained and the guys are very helpful during pickup and drop off. Log splitter had a bolt break. Guys fixed it quickly. I was initially worried I might not be able to finish my work so was very impressed . Highly recommend.
