Joann in framing is wonderful to help and assist in doing the decisions. She is always pleasant and takes her time in explaining the work. I don't think she can ever be replaced.

Joanne in the framing department is an angel! I asked her to frame an old sentimental picture of my mother’s. She was patient & kind and not only suggested frames but also took time to clean the painting to basically restore the painting! I’m so unbelievably grateful to her for her experience and care she took with my picture. My mom is smiling in heaven😊😊😊

Big shout out to Jose in the Stafford Twp. store. He went out of his way to assist us with framing and spent a lot of time helping and figuring out the best purchase for our needs. We really appreciate his help and pleasant personality, it was a nice experience and we are very happy with our items. Thank you Jose, you rock !

I love this place so much. Considering they're almost the last surviving craft store, I do wish they offered more . However, I still love it. Their sales are great, staff is great, the store is always stocked, and the vibe is chill.

Excellent customer service and very convenient curb-side pickup! The store staff ensured I purchased what I needed, even offering substitute products for items they no longer had in stock! I’m quite certain my project will turn out great thanks to their assistance!

Staff always friendly and helpful. Usually running good sales, classes and have lots of inventory. Framing department is awesome!

They have everything u could ask for to do any project. If they happen to not have the exact item u wanted they have something close to it.

Festive and fun place, especially for the holidays!

Came into store looking for a Christmas gift during the Black Friday weekend sale. I was unsure about to simular products. The manager Kristen took the time to chat with me a help compare the pros and cons of both products. After speaking with Kristen for a bit it was apparent that both products had their strong points a nearly no negitive points so i decided to buy both items. Her and her staff was awesome no pressure sales at all they let me decide for myself and even questions me when i decided to purchas both item. Kristen even told me if i changed my mind and decided to only keep one of the two products, she would have no problem doing a return on one of the two items as long as all the packaging was still in tact and the item was able to be put back on the sales floor. Thanks again for the fantastic customer service. Made a very satisfied customer. Will definitely be returning for any of my crafting needs.

This place rocks! Everything for someone creative is here and the staff is SUPER friendly! I love coming here. Recently I came for some silicon molds for some gummies I was going to make and there were so many awesome choices! I’ll definitely be back again and again.

Micheals has a great selection of crafts and products. They also have a wonderful crafting room where you can have parties, crafting events and they also hold wonderful work shops. Some of the workshops are free others charge a small free. They also have wonderful events where they do charity work. We went there to design a hospital gown for children who have long term stays in hospitals. It was considered a drop in event, you didn't have to sign up or pay. It was a great experience for a great cause!

Michael's is one of my favorite places when you need arts and crafts type materials. The store is clean, the selection is great, the prices are affordable and the staff were extremely helpful ! highly recommended !!!

Mason jars were $1 each and Carol at the register was so sweet and helpful. There are so many cute decorative things in this store!
