Excellent pool service and great customer care!

Not too impressed with their service. The "tech" would stay for about 5 minutes each visit. Didn't do much. Our new guy pointed out a lot of things that were not done properly and the chemical readings showed 0 alkalinity, which means he did not test the pool on a regular basis. The office manager was terribly rude and condescending.....calls everyone "hon." Not recommended.

Vanessa the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional; both the work and the customer service are subpar. They let our pool turn green and for an entire year they just kept up-charging for expensive chemicals, but 2-3 days later it was green again. They offered nothing but excuses. We finally took a water sample to Leslie's Pool and in one min they told us that our pool was ruined by last year's fires and there was no other solution but to empty and start new. They said we were being massively over charged on chemicals and paying almost twice as much monthly as standard locally, AND that any pool svc worth two cents would have tested and known immediately that the nitrates level required to empty.

We hired this firm for the inspection of the pool for the house that we imunder contract. The inspector supposed to guve us a quote for the estimated repair needed for the pool and its electrical/pump system. However, the inspection report that we received after 3 days, was a messy, basic hand-written inspection check list without any $ amount for the estimated repair needed. We tried to reach the company and ask for either revised inspection report or refund; however they never returned our calls/messages. I wouldn't hire them for any future pool works and dont recommend this company as they are highly unprofessional

Poor service, rude people. Our pool was constantly dirty and unmaintained, and they would just keep blaming our “old pool” even though the same leaves would still be floating around after it was supposedly “serviced”. When I called to complain, the manager yelled at me and blamed my wife for not understanding what they do for $130 per month. Apparently it’s nothing. Go somewhere else.

Very poor service from these folks. My pool has been green 3 times but I gave them a second chance. They tried to argue that they had been here today and I sat here all day waiting for them. Such untrustworthy people. Try someone else!
