In-Shape Family Fitness

I have been going to in-shape for years! It has always been a great experience. Both locker rooms have a steam room, sauna, and showers. There are multiple weight rooms, cardio area, circuit training, cycling room, indoor racket ball court, lap pool, family pool, spa, and tennis courts. They offer tons of classes every day as well! They use to offer personal training as well, when the pandemic hit, they stopped doing this. I wish they would bring it back! Over all great gym with something for everyone!

The gym is very well maintained by extremely friendly and helpful staff. I have interacted with several staff members on different occasions, and ALL provided me with exceptional customer service. The gyms is constantly being cleaned -- management makes sure our health comes first! I really like the towel service -- one less thing I have to bring to the gym! I enjoy the use of the massage facilities and my wife and I are always able to reserve massage chairs and massage beds on short notice. The pool and spa are wonderful facilities that we also use regularly. Coming to the El Dorado InShape gym is like having a mini-vacation!

We love this gym! We’ve been members for about 3 years now and we’ve never thought about switching gyms. In shape has everything we need, plus wonderful staff and great equipment + amenities!

I love the broad selection of group fitness classes, and the instructors are great too! My favorite classes are the Freestyle Ride with Traci and Jenn!!

This is one of the prettiest In shape locations I have visited. It has everything from the amazing pools to the great clean lockers. The steamroom is not that steamy and it's a bit dark in there. Other than that all the areas are great. I only use the fitness studio and the cycling room but I enjoy all the cleanliness of the place.

Great amenities, including racquetball and pickleball along with a very friendly and professional staff.

An amazing heath club. The amenities are endless. Equipment is all new and the place is spotless. The staff is amazing and kind. Cheyenne rocks. Mary's yoga flow classes are a delicious experience. Worth the money. Not just a health club, it's a destination with something for everyone. Cheers

Have been going to this Gym for 3 months now and have had a great experience so far. The staff is always so kind and welcoming. They have all the gym equipment you could need and I absolutely love the dry and wet sauna after a workout. The facility is very clean. Anytime I’m there I see the staff going above and beyond to keep it sanitized and clean. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

I love all the different activities I can do while my kids enjoy the kids center! I love the stair stepper, the weights down stairs, and the sauna! The barre class with Oran is INCREDIBLE! And I just love how big and spacious the whole place is. I never feel like I’m in someone’s way or vice versa. My only wish is that they have longer childcare hours because I would love to go at other points during the day. My recommendation would be to keep the kids center open from 8-1pm and 3-8pm. Those two additional hours would make a HUGE difference.

I love the relaxed atmosphere but still really nice facilities. I also love that there are tons of options for activities/machines, so I never get bored when I go to workout.

This place is amazing highly recommended especially for the moms and dads that need childcare for their workouts ❤ always clean all the workers are so nice and helpful im addicted to this place ❤

Great experience. I wish they had more classes after 5 PM. Particularly picket, ball, and tennis and racquetball.

Very clean and friendly staff. Lots of options for a well rounded workout. Too bad so many people are distracted with their phones and stalling at the equipment. I'll be sticking with the lap pool now

This club is very nice. The people are kind and helpful. I am learning to play pickleball and the fundamentals insructor Mark is very patient and helpful. William gave me a tour on my first visit and I was sold. I like the "Pink Room" for just a quiet workout and the raquetball courts are good for working on my pickleball skills. I have taken the Body Pump class with Paula and she is very clear when she leads the class and gives options for the weight lifting if you need that. My son was a guest last week and he liked it also.

This place is huge, so much to do, very friendly staff, love the kids play area, everything is so well kept, cleaning stations everywhere, a women's only area. Awsome. Best gym.

This gym is wonderful. It is a huge space, with lots of amenities. We have been members for a few years, and it has been a great experience- especially since we have small children.
The daycare is top-notch, and my kiddos feel like the staff is family. Miss Valerie and Miss Nicolette are great teachers.
After trying to lose baby weight for a year on my own, I booked a few sessions with Glenda, a personal trainer. (She has the best physique on the planet.) Her instruction and expertise literally changed my body in a few weeks.
Great people, great environment. And the kiddy pool is wonderful if you have small children.

Always walk out with a smile on my face and feeling so blessed to have such a nice place to come to. Thank you all for making me feel at home. Much appreciated.

I love the weight rooms and the machines and all the classes they offer that are included in my membership .The pool area is always clean and inviting . I enjoy that the locker rooms have a dry sauna and steam room and that the showers are all provided with shampoo ,conditioner and body wash. They even have blowdryers for our convenience. The staff members are always friendly and helpful, I also like that they have several promotions and deals throughout the year.

Diamond level club with incredible staff, hot tub, two pools and well maintained locker rooms with steam room, sauna and showers. Gym layout makes sense and is easy to navigate very bright inside and they have child care of needed. Oh and they do towel service for you. All classes come with membership which is a great perk as well.
