I am so pleased with the service of Blue Curl! This property is our getaway home and we're only there once in a while. Blue Curl initially got the pool from Green to Clean, and has been maintaining it weekly ever since.
Also replaced the pump, along with the pool sweep.

I recently called Blue Curl to have my booster pump replaced with a new one that I had purchased on line. Ryan called me back immediately and scheduled an appt. to come out to my house. He replaced the pump very quickly and his pricing was very reasonable! I will definitely call Ryan for any pool related needs. I was quoted a much higher price from a competitor that I thought was very unreasonable. They were charging 4 times the price that Ryan charged. I would definitely recommend that you call Ryan before you book a service or repair with any other pool company!

Wonderful customer service. I had a wiring problem on my control panel, he came out and fixed the issue extremely quickly totally knowing what he was doing. I loved his positive attitude and awesome advise. I highly recommend his pool service.

Upon sighning up with Blue Curl Service we were told our pool would be maintained completely including pool vaccuuming. This is not true because there is an $85 charge for the pool to be vacuumed. Backflushing is included but not cleaning the filter except for once every six months. So basically what your monthly money buys you is chemicals. There is an additional charge per season of around $165 for chemicals as well! When our pool turned green Blue Curl dropped us without notice, claiming the issue was our fault claiming we regularly over-filled our pool which is not the case. I do not recommend Blue Curl because $225 monthly is too much to pay for chemicals available at a pool store.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Their services are also over-priced for the service provided. Recommend looking at other companies for Pool Service.
