This was my first time here,a friend recommended it,I got there at about 7:50 and the gentleman working gave me a quick lesson on how customer service is and always should be. He had everything I was looking for and showed me some new items. It was a genuine pleasure shopping here and I will definitely return the next time I'm in Placerville.

Typical smoke shop

I’ve been coming to this shop for almost a year and won’t be returning. I have never had any issues until today. I bought a new pod for my vape, got to my car and filled it and waited till I got to work to pop it in to let the juice soak, it wouldn’t connect to my device at all. I popped my old burnt pod in and it worked fine. So I called literally 10 minutes after I left and told them about it and the guy said there’s nothing he would do about it. No exchange or anything. Told me it’s posted they don’t do returns, I didn’t want a return, I want a working product which is what I paid for. If your business sells a bunk product, in order to save face and keep returning customers, you should make it right.

Sold me a torch that didn’t work three days ago and when I called to ask about it they basically just said to screw myself. Not shopping here again.

Did not go to a smoke shop, it maybe in the shopping center.36
