Absolutely incredible! Jose was an absolute gem of a human and made my husband and I feel so comfortable. He was informative and really respectful. We can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back every year to come!

I went to the kent office where Edith helped me everyone in the office was cery buce make u feel welcome They made something stressful be quick and simple made me feel at ease and I am a customer for life after this was the nicest people treated me like a friend I actually enjoyed doing my taxes and I had a stressful morning but after arriving I was not even prepared somehow left some paperwork at home but she let me text her a photo and I am just thinking of missed paperwork or if I left something out she reassured me everything was good and that it was accepted. Big weight off my shoulders

Edith did my father’s taxes for years and continues to do mine. Easy location and convenient parking is always available. Great hours to accommodate almost any schedule. All employees are welcoming, courteous, knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions either in person or via phone. Tax preparer goes over everything very thoroughly and answers any questions; I’ve never felt hurried and always leave confident that everything is accurate. I appreciate they’ve been at this location for years and stand behind their work; as opposed to some places that are there during tax season and gone right afterwards; leaving you feeling stranded should the IRS question anything. Service has always been fast and cost is very reasonable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this location.

Joe Bushnell did my taxes this year; Joe was quick! They were available for pick up the next day. Joe was also friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He went over everything in detail with me, double checked everything and made sure I was given copies of everything I needed making it another great experience at this location.

Always have the best experience here. Kacy is so knowledgeable and always willing to answer your questions. I will definitely do my taxes every year with her. Thank you Kacy you are the best.

Edith is a saint! I am so glad we found her - did my taxes in no time at all and has saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! I was using a CPA company for the last 10 years that got bought out by a bigger company and I was paying WAY too much for my taxes. She takes the time to explain any questions and helped me understand my taxes! I cannot recommend Liberty Tax enough - I wish I had found them years ago!

Hey guys if you are truly wanting somebody that can work with you and be a professional business and willing to go out of their way to answer any questions I highly recommend that you go to liberty tax service up. I have been going to them for the last 15 years or so I have also recommended my own children and their family and friends the whole staff is very friendly and professional! I have also worked with MARIA SALDERON She has been very responsive with any questions or doubts that I might have she also works with anyone who has a business along with payroll. I suggest that you give them a try this is why I am giving this business a review because they are awesome you can actually start to reach out to them as our next tax season is right around the corner and maybe start asking any questions he might have as of now set up an appointment as soon as you can as they do get filled quickly

Liberty tax and their staff are great 😊 this is why I continue to come every year to them to file my taxes. The nice lady that helped me tonight Paige was lovely and she did a great job.

Maria Salmeron, is very respectful and professional. She has been helping me with my business taxes and payroll for a Year now I can say I’m in the right place. Shes is bilingual which is a plus!
