Hans' German Sausage & Deli

This place is almost over an hour away from us, but so worth the drive. Our daughter-in-law is from Germany and can verify its authenticity. We love this place and just wish they were closer to Lynnwood.

As soon as you walk into the place you know you've found a serious gem. All sausages (except pastrami and Italian salami) are made in house. Lots of other great items imported from Germany too. Do yourself a favor and stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Strolled in earlier today after dropping off a car across the street and I’m so glad I did! This delicatessen is stocked with all the German snacks and treats you could want, along with some other European imports. Great selection, and they even make sandwiches in house (using their own made in-house meats as well)! Came in again for my lunch and tried one; they don’t disappoint! Highly recommend a stop here if you’re in the area.

The fact that most of the workers are actually from Germany makes it to good experience.

If you want a taste of Germany, this is the place! Fresh, handmade wurst. An incredible selection of German candy, as well as other misc. imported food, toiletry, and souvenir items. We found a cheesecake chocolate bar that was delicious! It's my understanding that the lovely owner came from Berlin, so this is as authentic as it gets!

Excellent assortment of freshly made sausages. There are several cheeses, chocolates and miscellaneous European items. Very helpful staff make the trip here worthwhile!

This shop is a real gem. The staff is super friendly and helpful, happy to offer suggestions and advice when you're overwhelmed by the massive selection in their deli case. The sandwiches are delicious and there are tons of packaged German/central European foods and treats to take home. It's no wonder why they've been a neighborhood favorite for over 45 years.

Excellent store for Bavarian food ranging from cammed fish, jars of preserved veggies, house made sausage, baked goods, and candy. Such a gem of a place in Burien. I will be back especially for the sausages.

Christmas is always a mob scene! Great butcher shop and lots of imported treats!

Just don't go 2 days before x-mas! The selection of meats and sausages is great, they have lots of other great stuff also. Some of my favorites are the red sauerkraut and smoked liverwurst.

I absolutely love this place. Some of the most friendly people you'd ever meet. Has many of the traditional German food items you'd suspect to find in a German market. Lunch meats, salads and sausages are all amazing!

This was a fun trip to Hans Deli. This German owned spot reminds me of my wife’s #Oma. They are always so nice. On top of being amazing, they have the best selection of German candies, housemade smoked meats and other German desserts/ beers/ condiments. This place, especially with Bavarian meats moving (even if they didn’t), is special to have. If you haven’t been, go!

All the feel of a real Würstchen machen! They make the best weisswurst I've found in the Puget Sound area. Great selection of all kinds of German foods from beverages and wines to canned food like sauerkraut and pickles. And most importantly... They have the giant Milka bars like the kind you find only in Germany! The gentlemen who run the meat counter are THE coolest guys... So kind and polite. They even offer my kid a slice of bologna every time we visit. So awesome.

Love Hans' deli and make it a point to stop every time I'm in town. I'm partial to the German weiners but its all top shelf there !!

Lovely store with an amazing assortment of German grocery items. The deli section is what you come for though. I’m yet to try something I do not like! All of it is fantastic. The people are also very nice and helpful!

Amazing variety of sweets as well as breads, cheeses, meats, and a random variety of other ethnic food and products.

My favorite deli for sausage, salami, and German goodies. This has a large variety of pickles and sweets and other stuff. But the deli meats are what makes this place so great. There's this amazing spreadable sausage they make that is to die for. It's hanging on the wall.
When I go thee, I always get the Tuscano salami, some Hungarian salami, the butter cheese, and Mortadella. Next time, I think I will be trying out their chicken and red bell pepper mortadella like thing.
Also, they have great sausages to grill up. I dig the herb ones.
It's one of those places that many would just drive by on 148th.

Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly! Feel free to ask about things you see for the first time! An excellent opportunity to taste some of the authentic German cuisine! 10 stars out of 5!

Soo wonderful. Staff was incredibly kind for a first time visitor who had no idea what I was ordering! Do yourself a major favor and order the meat salad.
