Went in for electrical troubles during a road trip. It was very busy but Alfred gave me amazing service! Helped me test, diagnose, price compare, and replace. I was being a little dumb bc of how stressed I was having the power die while driving, but Alfred was awesome about it and helped me get everything I needed. Probably the best customer service I've ever gotten anywhere. Give this man a raise!!

Alfred the general manager was so much help today! He helped me determine that my battery was the problem, found the compatible one, and installed it for me very quickly! Couldn’t be more thankful!

Advance Auto Parts always has what I need with staff that is knowledgeable and willing to help or offer advice if needed. Today was simply a light bulb but I always go to Advance for my auto part needs.

I don't believe I got the guys name but he was great!
I got a check engine light and my checker died on me so I stopped in to see if they had any since I was driving by.
My guy was helping another customer when I came in but as soon as he was done he greeted me and asked if I needed any help.
Asked if they sold any code readers or could check mine, and he grabbed the device and told his Co worker.

The whole interaction was great and he was very helpful and informative.

As a woman who does not know much about mechanical things and definitely does not know much about cars not having any male figures in my life to ask a simple question or to tell me what certain car lights mean I ventured off to Advanced Auto on West 7th Avenue in Homestead Pennsylvania the manager there his name is Sebastian and he is the epitome of customer service this man is kind knowledgeable and will help you if you need help or point you in the direction that you should be going to get the help that is needed for your car I don't know what I would do if this man was not a part of this auto mechanics store in the area of which I live not only that this Advanced Auto store well install windshield wipers if you need them they will install batteries if you need them they will charge them they will check your batteries for you this is a great place and it's friendly the workers who work behind the counter in the store are eager to assist also so if you are in the need of parts for your vehicle or questions that maybe you don't have the answer for check these guys out they may have to help you need or the direction in which you should go

Employees were helpful, greeted me as I walked in and directed me to the section I needed. There was plenty inventory of the bulb I needed, and most of all, the correct sizes were in the correct places, like it's supposed to be! It was a pleasant trip with great employees!

Great service from the staff and they have what you need to take care of your vehicle! Recommend this Advance Auto Parts to everyone!!

The guy was suppperrrrr nice. I got there before they opened and as soon as he was ready to go,he let me in. I know what I needed exactly but the maker was out of stock. He offered me other options that fit my budget!!! I don't usually get my own parts but I will go back here.

My car battery died while having my oil changed on Browns Hill Rd. They have a jump which allowed me to drive to Advance Auto in Homestead and Demond took care of me right away. I drove off within 30 minutes!

The battery was dying in my car. When I went in they offered me a variety of choices based on price, and length of warranty. Once I made my choice they grabbed the battery and installed it for me. Fast competent friendly service. I will definitely go back

Ryan S. was very helpful when I went in to get new wiper blades. I barely got in the door before he offered his help, then he looked up my car in the system to get the correct sizes, removed the old wipers himself without my even asking, and installed the new ones - all in a miserable, chilly rain that he didn't seem to mind at all. I was very impressed at the level of customer service.

Chris was very hands-on and helpful! He even handed a pair of gloves to someone fixing their light so they didn’t touch anything dangerous. He even called another auto place to make sure they had the part so I didn’t waste my gas! Sweet guy and went above and beyond for their customers :)

Staff here is very helpful. My car was having trouble starting and they ran diagnostics on my vehicle to determine that it was the battery and not another issue such as the alternator or starter. They then installed the new battery for me at no cost. Great service and great prices. Warranties are great as well!

Staff are always very nice and very knowledgeable, making sure you know what you need, that it fits your car, and you know how to install it. They provide great customer service and go above and beyond to help. They always have what I need in stock, too.

Understandably long wait in line. Usually never busy when I go there but today was different. Since there was no shoes or clothing to browse while waiting, I left. I'll stop back in on another day. Typically very knowledgeable staff and a daily military discount.

I recently had a fantastic experience being helped by Chris at this shop. My wife and I came in with a dead/corroded battery in a bucket, along with the various parts needed to hold it in place. We needed a new battery and several new parts because the old ones were rusted/broken (e.g., a couple. nuts & bolts). Chris was so enthusiastic and eager to help us out (and we were mostly helpless without him). He explained part-by-part exactly what we needed to buy, how the old piece was defunct, and what we needed to know to get the new battery installed. He even offered to let us borrow a socket wrench if we would bring it back that day! (We decided just to buy the part to avoid a second trip to the shop). Hat tip off to Chris. He could not have been more cheerful and helpful, and we ended the day with a car that started again.

Kristof is the best thing about that place, he helped me try to fix my issues with my 40v batteries and even bought a part for a customer, that was one of the nicest things I've ever seen, he's a great asset to the company and deserves the best the Advanced Auto can give!

I stopped by there today because my air conditioning was blowing hot air. Eric was extremely helpful in telling me how to fix this. Fixed quickly for $35.

Sebastian is single-handedly the most helpful person in the customer service industry I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

They are there most if not all of my car part needs.
