They always have what I need at a really good price especially if you have a discount card and you buy the lifetime brakes. As long as you take them back your brakes are free you cannot beat that

My windshield wiper on my drivers side broke in half while it was pouring down rain. Thankfully, I was right by AutoZone. I walked in and Donald helped me immediately. He was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help me out!!! Just wanted to give Donald and this location a shout out for being amazing.

I went to Auto Zone to get a new battery and the customer service from this team was incredible! They installed my battery with no problems. I also had both my headlights replaced by them. Great people and they took the time to work together and they made me feel really good especially me not knowing too much about vehicles.

Excellent customer service. Drove here suspecting that I needed a new battery for my vehicle. One of the employees said "No problem, let's test the battery first to make sure it needs replaced." Sure enough, it was, and after looking through their inventory, they did not have an appropriate replacement on hand. They stated they could have the battery transferred from another (close-ish) location before end of day. Told them not to worry about it, I would go to the other location. Not once did I feel they were not taking care of me, quite the opposite. Thank you much!

My low oil pressure light was been coming on intermittently. When I bought a 5 quart jug of oil, the manager (Sebastian) offered to come help make sure I poured it in, without making a huge mess. While I probably could have done it by myself, Sebastian’s help was appreciated.

The staff went above and beyond to help me today. Because of the exceptional service from Jennifer and Rob, I highly recommend coming to this Autozone. I came in with an issue with my car keys, and they both spent time troubleshooting and resolving my issue. I truly can't thank them enough.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING staff! These people are so nice and helpful! Shoutout to Eric who stood out in the cold with me and I mean COLD, like 14° and helped me fix my washer fluid tube. He was so knowledgeable about what materials to use and made sure I was all set before he left me drive off. Super thankful for this place and awesome people like him!

Scott was a great in helping me select new wiper blades and installing them for me. Very professional!

I was helped out from start to finish with wiper blade replacements, including picking out the right ones for my car and installing them for free! All the staff were very kind and courteous.

I wanted to give a shout out to both Robert and Lawrence. The level of service these guys provided was amazing. They were both extremely helpful when deciding what parts to buy at the best price. They even helped carry out my mountain of parts when I needed to make two trips.

I needed an a tool to remove my oil filter as mine did not fit and I had already drained the oil, and so I called and offered 25$ if someone there could deliver the part to me at the end of their shift (I live 5 minutes away). The manager asked me to order it for pickup and immediately drove it over not 15 minutes after I ordered it, and refused the tip. A++ business, and the staff will go out of their way to help you!

Evan was super helpful when me and my girlfriend went to pick up new lightbulbs for her headlights of her car. We had every intention of installing them ourselves when we went but Evan offered to install them, after he already helped us find the right bulbs, he Saved me time and hassle of installing them myself. Great customer service and it took him maybe 5 minutes to get the job done. Thanks again to Evan for helping us out. You’re the man!

My car battery died and I called the auto dealer where I had both purchased and had the car serviced to see if they had my car's battery in stock and could service it today. My car had been recently inspected (2-3 weeks ago) and so it was very surprising that my car's battery had died as we'd had other things done during inspection, and we'd asked about getting the car checked over for the wintertime. After calling, leaving a message, and calling periodically for the next 4 hours, no one ever picked up or called me back. So, I called Auto Zone in Homestead to see if they had my car's battery in stock, and they did! Despite the large amount of corrosion, they were able to change the battery for me, too. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service, especially since my own dealer blew us off. Logan Crawford was our technician, and I highly recommend both Auto Zone in Homestead and Mr. Crawford's work. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

I went to autozone today to replace a headlight and Zach, the associate that helped me, provided excellent customer service and was very professional. He knew what was was doing and was so nice. He came out to see what kind of light bulb I needed and changed the headlight for me. The visit was quick and efficient. I would recommend going to this Autozone to anyone. And I will definitely go back to them for anything I may need in the future. Thanks for the great experience!

This was my second visit to this AutoZone store #6783. Just as good as the first. Zachary the salesperson was especially knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and most personable. I suspect that most chain auto parts stores offer the same products, but Zachary makes it a pleasure to come to this particular location. It will without a doubt be my first choice in the future and a store I will highly recommend to friends and colleagues because of his performance and attitude.

Purchased a battery from Autozone in 2018 and recenty had issues with the car starting. I stopped into the Autozone in Homestead to purchase a new battery but when I talked to the store manager, he looked up the info on the previously purchased batter and it was still under warranty. He replaced the battery on the spot. Servcice was quick and I left a very happy customer. I will definately continue to shop here.

Excellent and quick service. Devon (store in Homestead, PA, on 8th Street) is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend this particular store and all Autozone stores over any stores of the kind in the country. Always had the best experience when coming to any Autozone store.
