Stopped by Saturday night. Both ladies looked like they had been working hard all day!
However, both were extremely friendly and gave my family and I large scoops! Maybe that's the norm, but we thought it was great! Thanks so much , we'll definitely visit again-maybe for donuts next time!

Ryan is amazing, so kind and helpful when it came to my kids, and then made a custom ice cream when I was having trouble deciding :)) highly highly recommend going there, will go there again just because of Ryan :)

Coffee roasted almond ice cream was yummy...and prices also reasonable ....nice big box...one must try...go icelicious👍👍👍

Go to “Two Scoops” instead. Stopped in the other day with grandchildren and the staff is clueless and unprofessional. Asked for sugar cone and was given a waffle cone- the guy working did not know the difference, then we sat out front with my granddaughter and female employee came out and smoked right beside us- so thoughtless.

Sadly we have to give at least one star on reviews or I would have given this location zero stars. The close time of this location states it closes at 9. Our arrival was at 8:30. We were aware we were close to closing time, but figured we could grab our food quickly and leave in time for their closing. My husband was wanting some ice cream and I was wanting a donut, so we decided to opt for the combination of the restaurant and by pass all of the other delicious local ice cream shops. Until tonight, we have had nothing but great service and have met the nicest people while visiting the beautiful island for the first time. As we approached the door (before we could open the door our self), we were rudely greeted by a girl who was on her phone. After opening the door before we could make it into the restaurant, she asks in a very rude manor "What do you need?". In response, we said " We were going to buy something to eat". She interrupts us quickly, before finishing our sentence, and says "we don't have any donuts". So as we respond with "okay", she proceeds to shut and lock the door, as if they were already "closed" and we were inconveniencing the workers. I have never experienced such horrible service or response to giving my money and business to a place. I will not come back to this location. To any future visitors of AMI, I would recommend any of the other local ice cream shops as they were all excellent and had great service! In addition, the Donut Experiment has amazing donuts and is very close to this location. Do not opt out and make the mistake my husband and I did on our last night in AMI.

Baskin Robins @holmes beaxh is the worst! We were the first ones in at the time and the last ones served! They need to be more apparent t if there is an ice cream line or order pay line! When brought to their attn they didn’t care! No organization at this restaurant at all, they didn’t even acknowledged us when we walked in

We walked in at 7:50pm and they closed at 8pm. There were two employees that just ignored us. We finally asked are you guys open and the female employee said “our district manager said we could close early.”We responded with your sign says 8pm. The employee just sat on break and did nothing and my wife said the sign says 8pm and the employee flipped my wife off.

So we walked down to Holy Cow which had a line out the door but serviced everyone.

Ice cream was good but felt terrible for the girl waiting on us. She just stood there until I asked very politely for a single waffle cone. She never smiled and did not speak. I just felt sorry for someone so sad about their job.

Says they close at 9 by 820 the staff had already cleared the product out of the freezer and said they were closed. Even though it clearly states they close at 9...There's anothor place in the same shopping center.. Go there you won't be disappointed.. The general manager needs to be terminated for allowing this type of behavior.

Bad service. The lady at the register was not interested in helping us. She kept screaming to the back "can I get some help please?" and put her head down on the counter in front of us. I was going to ask for a bagel until she lifted her shirt and wiped her hands on her undershirt. No thanks. Not making food for me. Still took 20 minutes for a cup of coffee.
