Great service, and the pricing was absolutely fantastic. They had 40% off almost everything in the store. I highly recommend you check this place out. I've never been disappointed with their products, selection, pricing, or service at any of the Wild Bill's locations. I've visited several locations. I was even one of their 1st customers in Grayling, Michigan. They are everywhere.

This place is amazing! Daisy and Cam always help me out and are very friendly. They have unique merchandise and many options to choose from. Superb service and very clean store. This is definitely my go to shop.

Not only does this place have an excellent selection and friendly employees (which is why this is my number one spot for my vape juice) but the people that work here go above and beyond for their customers.

This has always been the case, but especially today.

Cam was very detailed, helpful, and had an extraordinary understanding of the world of premium cigars, just turned 21 today he made my experience 10x better then I thought it would be. People make choices to be average you can just tell by how he handled every step that he is not one of those average people in the world of cigars. Very thankful for his time!!!

Andrew and his staff are so good at what they do! This location is by far my favorite in the Kalamazoo/Portage area. They are always busy but will ALWAYS find time to treat each customer to a personalized experience. This is why I frequent this store multiple times each week

I’m a regular at this wild bills and a lot of that has to do with how amazing the staff is at this westnedge location. They make my day every time I walk in the door. Always kind and always helpful(we’re on a first name basis at this point 😅). I want to give a shout-out to Andrew one of the managers as he’s one of my favorite people… even though he outright refuses to break the rules and let me sneak monetary tips for being so kind and helpful. Which also means no one else working there will break the rules and accept tips either. It’s clear that the staff have a lot of respect for him and he treats them with kindness and respect, which is a monumentally important trait for a manager to have. Everyone working here is knowledgeable, kind, funny and professional. I want to give shoutouts to Andrew(the other Andrew), Payge, Robert, Joey and Cam for also being fabulous at their jobs. They all have great personalities and go above and beyond for customers. Every single one of them deserves a raise/bonus as they are committed, knowledgeable and work hard to make sure customers feel welcome and find what they need. This location hit the employee jackpot and I couldn’t appreciate them more. Great team you have here!

I just have to say the guys and gals that work there are awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I went in the other day with a vaporizer tank problem and they were able to tell me that it was a knock off and they had a real one in stock and they gave me a great deal on it. You guys are awesome and you've definitely made a customer for life. Keep up the good work!

I love this place that got everything from juice to CBD oil and kratom

I just absolutely LOVE this store. Great selection of glass pipes that are reasonabley priced. Loads of accessories for concentrates. A fairly well stocked, decently sized, walk in humidor. There's also a friendly and intelligent staff to work with you and your smoking/vaping needs. I can keep saying good things as I've only just recently moved into the Kalamazoo area and Wild Bill's was one of my first discoveries. So far, it's definitely one of my best!! You should absolutely go!!

The selection of items is very nice but most products are obviously bulk order from China. Found most stuff from store on DHgate and other sites like it.

The wraps selection is phenomenal! High Hemp wraps are hard to find and they got em!! I do recommend this store to anyone!

Great staff very helpful good deals on vape stuff I have seen better prices at other places but when you go back the flavor you like is gone BUT not here they have almost any flavor of vape juice you can think of and they almost always have your juice you like in stock. A walk in humidor with a great spread of cigars of all prices but the cheaper ones are very good as well. Hookah stuff here to along with glass LOTS of glass need a bong just buy 2 for the price of 1 talking about the green stuff they have CBD items as well with help from there staff you we'll be very well took care of.

Very nice store. Staff was unfortunately being intimidated by a man that refused to wear mask or leave. He then gave them a one dollar tip and thanked them for being cool. They said he comes in a lot and refuses to comply
