Dr Ellen Trapp is “ the real deal!” She is personable and professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable about animals. She’s done spays and neuters so well that my animals didn’t even need pain meds. When I thought one of my dogs had a foot infection, she did an exam and diagnosed a dislocating kneecap. Everything she told me was true, including that only surgery could correct it. My dog is now doing great after surgery! I bring all my animals to her and they’ve never had better vet care!

Dr. Trap genuinely loves animals. She does not treat them as an avenue to become wealthy. I was surprised to read others complaining about the prices. I do not think you will find less expensive care in Marshall County. I adopted a mixed breed/funny looking dog from her office. She always asks me about him, if I see her without him. When she was treating another dog of mine, she got in the floor with her and checked her out and gave her medicine. That made my dog much more comfortable. She is much improved one day later. Our family has used this animal clinic for 20 plus years. The staff is wonderful too! Courteous and professional!

Dr. Trapp & her whole staff are absolutely wonderful. They’ve taken care of our entire family’s fur babies since I was in high school & now I’ve got my own sophomore! If you want a vet office that cares for your babies as if they were their own, you won’t find a better place!

This is my vet, for all three of my dog rescues. I've always found the staff easy to get along with and more than willing to help ease any concern I might have. The Vet is an animal lover, and takes care to make my dogs comfortable during examinations.

They are very friendly and take great care of our fur babies. We had to have our 16 yr old cat put to sleep and they were awesome in the way they handled our situation. We have been going there for over 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!!

They helped my sweet willow, made her feel at home, and made sure she was well taken care of, we had thought she drank anti freeze, turned out she had something else, they gave her medicine and she's doing so much better, we also got the seresto flea and tick collar for her and her hair has grown back within a week. We were so blessed to find a permanent vet for her!! Highly satisfied and I definetly recommend them to take care of your fur babys❤😅😍🥰🐾🦴🐶
