Allen is the best!!! He is very knowledgeable, gets things done fast, and does it right! He is very helpful and caring to his customers! Hard to come by a worker like this now days! Greatly appreciated!

Although we didn't have the best help on Saturday the 23rd I came back in yesterday and talked with Tino and he is the most helpful person I do believe I've ever spoken with there!! Took plenty of time with me explaining the different options and getting my new phone set up and ordered my watch. If your gonna go here I'd highly recommend you call and make an appt with Tino!!! Thanks so much!!

Chance Bright is awesome!!! Rodney in Guntersville doesn't keep his word. He called me about my upgrade, an offered me $800 on my phone I get there and after everything it will be $100.00 for the trade in. Then the manager calls and didn't fix anything but she did say SORRY. Wow this place is a failure. If you need anything go to Albertville and ask for Chance Bright he fixed everything that GUNTERSVILLE messed up!!!!

Great customer service. Joel was great! Knowledgeable about merchandise but not pushy. He let us take our time and decide what we wanted. Then went above and beyond installing our screen protectors for us, making sure all our photos, contacts, etc transferred.

I have been using Patrick in this store for 5 years. He is amazing at his job! He always gets me exactly what I need and does it at my convience. He is always very informative and helps me with any issues or concerns I have. I wouldn't use anyone else. I love this store and this sales rep.

Hands down THE BEST Verizon experience I have EVER HAD!!!!

I came into this store hoping someone could help me with my prepaid service since other stores I've stopped at wouldn't help me. After meeting Patrick who opened the door for me with a nice pleasant smile I had hopes this would be worth the extra 15 minute drive. I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit and will do all my business here going forward. He even notified me that if I pay my prepaid bill in cash they don't charge taxes on my service plan.

I always do business with with the same rep and he always helps me set everything up. He even sets no wait appointments for me so that I don't have to wait. I had problems with getting my promos submitted and he was able to help with that too! I have his cellphone number and I can call and text him whenever I need to to ask questions. I love the personal service that you receive at this store and I recommend everyone to do business here!

We came in with a simple question and we're amazed at how helpful the employees were. They completely looked at our account and helped me lower my bill. I had several questions about how to use my phone and he knew exactly what to do. The accessories were also very organized and reasonably priced. I got everything I was needing that day! I will use this store from now on.

The Employees are very nice, and they do what ever they can to help with whatever you need! We just purchased 3 new phones and the person who helped us was Exceptional! Went to transfer hum from one car to another one was on the phone to get it swapped over while another employee installed the hum in the vehicle! I highly recommend this Verizon store! I have personally used this location for 10 years plus, I have always been very pleased and never had an issue that these guys couldn't solve. The store is well managed, clean and I recommend anyone to give them a chance to provide you with expert service. Every employee I've dealt with has been very professional, and knowledgeable. I had a great experience at the Albertville Verizon. My representative was kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me find the right phone for me and even put all of my contacts and pictures on the phone for me! The store had chairs to sit in and gave personal attention to me. It was nice to not just feel like another number. I will definitely take my business to this store from now on.

I went in to get a new phone because my 6 year old note 5 finally died and would not turn on after charging all night. My main concern was saving all I had on my phone because I could not remember when I last backed up to the cloud. Stopped by the Guntersville location and they were no help at all. Decided to go to the Albertville location to see if they would even try to help me and of course purchase a new phone. Only waited a few minutes before Jacob came to help me. He was great from the start! Very professional and was also training a new employee. I told him my concerns about my current phone and he told me he would do his best to get all the info off my phone because it would not turn on for him either. Once I chose one if the phones and accessories, because I was keeping my current plan, he went to work on my old phone. I could go on but it was one of the best experiences I've had went purchasing something important and not so cheap. If you are in the market for a new phone in Marshall county in Alabama, go see Jacob Wiggins at Verizon in Albertville, AL. You will be so happy you did. Hope his higher up sees this!!
