Very Thorough. Professional. The nurses are caring. The Anaesthesiologists takes time to explain everything. Extremely Clean. I felt like I was in great hands. Will you facility again if needed. Keep up the good work

I recently had surgery at the East Coast Surgery Center . The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff members were amazing. Each member of my care team was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. My overall experience was five stars.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They called, kept Constant contact with me from the beginning of this journey. Day of surgery, they called even got me in earlier and started the surgical process. The nurses are very hospitable, courteous, and even funny and lighthearted. I could not have asked for better people. Big shout out The front desk and the preop receptionist and to Nurses Jeri’, Jesse, Alicia, and the anesthesiologist. Like I said, they made this whole process, which could be stressful and was a very pleasant experience. Thank you East Coast Surgery Center.!!!!!!!!

I was a patient for an injection at this facility yesterday. (my second time) My first visit was great as well as this visit. The staff is professional and friendly. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and well taken care of. Evie, Sarah, Lisa and Debbie... all stellar staff members who made me feel comfortable while I had to be there. I wish I remembered the OR staff names because they were also incredible. Of course Dr Sims is my doctor and he is a true professional. Thank you all.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the time we got there until we left . Alyssa was an AMAZING nurse!!! Everyone was so wonderful and kind and explained everything very well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say five stars all the way.!!!!!! Dr. Bryan , the orthopedic and Dr. Powers the anesthesiologist just amazing!

This may sound odd, but I'm almost looking for a reason to come back and have another surgery with Dr. Matthews! 🥳

My fiancee has had 3 procedures done at East Coast Surgery Center and we've been very pleased with the care she has received there.
Other than 1 unpleasant person in reception and, in my opinion, carrying the Covid restrictions against family even being allowed to wait in the waiting room for far too long, it's a well run and well maintained facility.
Dr. Simms is a wonderful, skilled doctor with a great bedside manner! And all the staff in the back, and most in the front are great too. The nurses and anesthesia staff are just top notch!

I’ve had 11 surgeries/procedures in my lifetime and the Surgery Center was the best experience I’ve ever had! The staff are all smiles and anyone of them would just stop and ask me if I needed anything. I’ve never had such an experience. Ultra professional!

I recently had spinal surgery at East Coast. From checking in to being discharged, the experience was amazing. The staff is so kind, caring and professional. My doctor was Mark Gillespy and he was fantastic. My care team of Jeri, Carelys and Karrie were splendid. I went from horrendous pain to relief.

I e had 2 procedures done there with Dr Sims. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the facility.
From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and that continues throughout pre op, inter op and post op care.
The staff appears to enjoy working with one another. All I have seen is staff with smiles on their faces and pleasant conversation with one another.
This is a place I would come out of retirement to work for.

What a wonderful experience we encountered at East Coast Surgical Center. The entire staff, from door attendant due to COVID-19, to Registration Desk, to Surgery Prep, to Surgery staff, to anesthesiologist, to pain management personal, to surgeons, to Checking Out Personnel, all were caring, professional team members. Top notch facility. Very individualized, personal treatment. Highly pleased, and recommended.

Hubby had hand surgury there. 6/20/23 Dr Mattews is really good. Fixed him all up. The whole staff there so caring , friendly. Highly reommend.

I just had a surgical procedure for a torn meniscus and the whole staff was awesome from the lady at the front desk to the nurse who brought me back to pre op and of the course the the anesthesiologist who was awesome and of course dr Bryan who did my surgery he was amazing and very helpful and friendly and informative I would recommend anyone who needs an orthopedic surgeon to go to east coast surgery in Daytona Beach Florida the whole staff and doctors are awesome and amazing

Was in the hospital with severe pain I called the after hours answering service they called dr sims and he called back and spoke to me on his day off that's a dr with old-school values
