If I could give this location & staff 10 stars I absolutely would!
Me and my husband came into this store to view different phone plan options.
At other locations like T-Mobile & AT&T they were very pushy when it came time to exploring different phone plans. But here at Verizon, Amon was super helpful (not pushy at all). He gave us our space to make our decisions!
We later came back about a month later to pursue the Unlimited Plus plan. Again, Amon was super helpful, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, gave us a clear view of what our phone bill would be before hand, showed us many different options. Hands down one of the best retail managers I’ve ever dealt with in years! And in 2024 great managers like Amon are very hard to find. So, I give him and this store a lot of props!
Everyone should definitely look into this location if pursuing Verizon.

To the guy who said the store looked closed maybe you caught them on a bad day. Kaenen took care of me and my wife. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. He even handled multiple groups of people coming in the door, answering questions quickly, if could be, and having them wait if could not. I was impressed by the Customer Service. After 30+ years in the service industry it feels good to have someone actually take care of you. Thanks man.

Great Shop. Friendly Professional Customer Service. Staff was knowledgeable and answered many questions. Went in for a new phone and left with one fully synced with old phone. Credit to Javon J for great service.

I just bought a new phone from Russell Cellular, and Amon was wonderful. He was very patient with all my questions and made recommendations about products. He was professional and a great communicator. Thank you for making an expensive and complicated purchase so understandable. The parking and access to the store was very easy also.

I came in to start new service and get a new phone to replace my way outdated IPhone 6. Amon was super helpful, gave me a quote and explained all cost, helped me through the process to keep my old number and even helped by putting my screen cover and case on. He was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend these guys!

I had a wonderful experience with the new store manager today at the Russell st store. For the life of my I can’t remember her name but she transferred my data over to my new iPhone for me and showed me how to factory reset the old one when I’m ready. She was so warm and inviting, as well as informed and speedy! I was delighted to speak with her about family as my things downloaded. Very pleasant Verizon experience as always!

I've had a Verizon account for about 20 years. The service at this retailer was the best I've experienced in all that time. Amon is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I arrived with a broken phone and left in less than an hour with an excellent replacement that was fully functioning. Outstanding! I'm very glad of the opportunity to promote this place.

The management and staff here are AMAZING. Plain and simple. Ren was great and helped me with everything I needed for my new IPhone! They were clear and up front about all pricing for everything. The inventory here is great too. Came in looking for a watch along with my phone and they had the exact watch I wanted. Brandon and Jeff were extremely friendly as well and we all had a great conversation and good laugh. Amazing store and amazing staff. I will make sure I come back here.

Thomas was a huge help and very informative. The store was clean although the shelves were pretty bare. No different than any other store during this pandemic, I suppose. The chemical smell from the nail salon next door was very evident. Not a big deal for a quick visit but anyone with a chemical sensitivity might want to beware. This is no fault of the store itself so Thomas and this location lose no stars from me. Highly recommended 👌

Amazing from the store manager, I unfortunately do not remember her name but she made sure that EVERYTHING was complete before I left. She made sure my pictures, contacts, etc. we’re restored. I will only use this branch from now on. Extremely recommend.

Thomas was extremely knowledgeable, patient and customer-service oriented. My husband had purchased a phone from there and remarked how good Thomas was. I had been in need of a new phone for some time, but the thought of shopping for a phone was a deterrent. Thomas made the experience enjoyable and I love my new phone!

The staff at this Verizon store were outstanding, knowledgeable, and nice. I would highly recommend shipping here. My old iPhone got crushed in an accident and wouldn’t work anymore. No place else we went, not the Apple Store, or other Verizon stores that made you make an appointment with your phone - and mine was destroyed - would not help me. This crew did so with a smile. I upgraded to the new IPhone 12 and love it. Thanks to the staff at this store.

Great experience with this store , I will never go to another one. Antonio and Amon were so attentive to my issue , while also dealing with other customers they made sure to value my time and I walked out with a brand new Iphone 13 !

Tommy was wonderful, he was very helpful and explained everything to us. I wish all stores that I went to had employees like him. I don’t know what you pay him but you need to pay him alit to keep him

Diane was very helpful . She offered to order the product I needed if it wasn't in stock(but fortunately it was) and installed it for me. She was very pleasant and made my visit really enjoyable

Did not have long to wait to be served. Diana was super friendly and helpful. Installed my screen protector and took the time to explain about registering it. Will make this my go to store!!!

We went into the store just before closing. Normally, you tend to get less helpful service when you do that. However, this was far from the case on this night. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, service. Could not ask for more...

I had a wonderful time at this Verizon store. My mom and I came in to switch providers. We loved the service and the treatment we received. Everyone was so respectful, helpful. You could really see the comradery between the workers. This was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. (Especially working in retail myself). I got exactly want I wanted, and I am sooo happy that I chose this location.

She was the most wonderful women I’ve ever met. She took care of us, she explained things perfectly, made us feel comfortable and was very patient.

I had a awesome experience here. Josh is a great salesman. He was very attentive to my needs. I see they have some bad reviews with management. If you visited this store ask for Josh.
