The staff is very helpful and knows exactly where their inventory is located. The store is well laid out. I highly recommend not just this location, but any Michael’s location.

Michaels is great! Their website is lousy! I went there to pick up a specific type and color of yarn, according to the website, it was in stock. But it was not. So wasted gas and time.

They don't have a huge fabric selection but we found what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and plenty parking.

I have so much fun exploring this store for creative ideas. It never disappoints!

pretty standard Michael's experience. Clean and well laid out. Friendly helpful staff. I bring my daughter here for the craft events for kids occasionally and it's always fun. only concern is the website is absolutely terrible on a mobile phone. Otherwise nothing to complain about

I purchased a set of sequin/glitter/lighted champagne gold deer that move. They were originally $250. I purchased them for $40. I didnt make it 20 feet from the store before being complimented by 3 people about how beautiful they are.

Spacious, clean and bright. Selection isn't quite as good as Lutherville location but it's not that big a deal. Staff members are always courteous and helpful. I love going to this store!
