Hands down, the highest quality Dickey’s Barbeque Pit experience!!! I happened upon this Dickey’s location on a Thursday this month for an early dinner. I ordered my usual custom sandwich which includes the delicious brisket combined with a la carte grilled chicken added to it! I was very pleased with the staff’s ability to accommodate my menu desires. In addition to my mouthwatering sandwich, their new sauce (the “Atomic Sauce”) was available at this location! I happily added that on to my meal along with a side and a fountain drink.

It wasn’t just the food that made this Dickey’s experience commendable. The manager/boss on the job there (his name was Kendall) showed a high level of hospitality which I will explain.

After knowledgeably answering my questions about the brisket, Kendall maintained focused eye contact, was verbally polite and appreciative in the ordering process. This was followed by the immediate creation of my FAV MEAL by a different staff member there that evening (her name was Krysta). The sandwhich was made quickly, but with care. Krysta made sure that the sandwhich was presented aesthetically and accurately- TWO THUMBS UP!!!

The manager walked my completed sandwhich and side to the table I was sitting at and left me with a smile! The meal left me feeling: full, satisfied, and excitedly anticipating my next visit to this Dickey’s location. Last note: the employees both warmly greeted me as I entered- which I found very welcoming and personable. Not every restaurant’s can say their staff genuinely greets their customers- but this one can!!

In summary, it was an ordinary day with extraordinary service and food experience! If you havent visited this Dickey’s Barbeque Pit in Goodyear on Estrella Pkwy, I’d highly recommend visiting atleast once.

Great atmosphere, clean and friendly location, friendly service, and delectable eats!!!!

First time here, and I like it! My plate was hot and tasty...BBQ was very good, just add the spicy sauce and it really brings out the flavor.

Sweet tea was nice, and you can get a free soft serve ice cream for desert...

Nice, will be back again for sure.

This is one of the most upscale Dickey's I've seen around the valley. Very up to date design. Friendly staff. Great food and very fair prices. There's another BBQ place not far from here, but now that this one is open, I doubt I'll be going back to the other one.

Food as always is fantastic. Customer service has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable with what I should get and what's on the menu. After receiving this fantastic food they were kind enough to grab me utensils as well. 10/10

First time today delicious food the manager brandy cooked the wings fast and I loved it hoping to come back here next time. Also she was very patient communicating with my mom being deaf hard of hearing.

The cashier was super nice. The guys in the back were super nice, ready to answer questions and made us tea real fast because they had just run out. Great food too !

This is the best location I have eaten at so far. The food is great, and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend the jalapeño sausage sandwich. Just be patient with them if you come around a busy time, and they will get you taken care of.

I’m from the BBQ Capital of the world “KC” I’m very picky when it comes to BBQ , today was my first time trying dickeys and I must say i am very impressed. the Chicken wings was so good I’m coming back tomorrow, lol thanks again

I love this location and the employees! On point with timing and quality. Wonderful communication skills. All around a pleasant atmosphere. If your looking for good food and a chill atmosphere this is the place to try! Good job ladies you all were amazing

Came in the other day for two meals. The food was good and the customer service was even better. I think people forget how important being personable is. Adriel was SO amazing and I will be back simply because of his kindness!

Best bar b que I have had in a long time.

First time there and the cashier and gentleman in the back were amazing! I wish I had asked his name, he recommended my order and I don't regret it one bit. I purchased half a pork rack with two sides, potato casserole and jalapeño beans. The beans were spicy and delicious, the potatoes were incredible and the ribs were so tender and seasoned well. We sat in the parking and eat there because the smell coming from the bag was too great to wait! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great food and great service, will definitely be back!

This was the first time I have gone to this restaurant. A good friend took me here on our way back from an airport trip. We typically eat at Rudy's and love it, but this place may have dethroned Rudy's as my favorite BBQ restaurant. I love the brisket, very tender and full of flavor. And I prefer the sweet baked beans over the ones at Rudy's as well. Great BBQ!

We think there was a staffing problem the day we there.

First time last week. Walked in to order takeout. They weren't busy that Sunday evening and staff behind counter was so friendly and helpful. We ordered the brisket and pulled pork with green beans and mashed potatoes. Green beans were homemade style ...tasty but little too watery.The bbq was so delicious!
