Best Buy

Well.. my phone took a dump.. after spending all day trying to get it repaired or replaced, I ended up at Best Buy as recommended by AT&T. Oh my gosh. The sweetest bunch of young people...EVER... Vickie was my person.. so kind, and helped me NOT spend a boat load of money, yet lead me to a more than adequate replacement for my dead phone. I'll be forever grateful for her help and thoughtfulness.

Ah, Best Buy in Phoenix, AZ – where dreams are made of 4K TVs and endless gadgetry! I walked in for a phone charger and walked out with enough tech to open my own NASA control center. The place is a digital wonderland, and the staff are like tech wizards in blue shirts.

Upon entering, I was greeted by Kevin, who, judging by his enthusiasm, must moonlight as a motivational speaker. He helped me navigate the labyrinth of electronics with the precision of a GPS. "Looking for a laptop? Right this way! Need a fridge that syncs with your smartwatch? We've got you!"

The TV section is what I imagine heaven looks like – wall-to-wall screens displaying everything from nature documentaries to the latest Marvel movies. I almost bought a TV the size of a small country, but thankfully, reason prevailed.

In the gaming section, I met another blue-shirted guru who could recite console specs like Shakespearean sonnets. I left with a game that promised to make my social life obsolete, but hey, who needs friends when you have virtual reality?

Checkout was swift, and the cashier cracked a joke about my shopping spree that had us both in stitches. If you need tech and a laugh, Best Buy in Phoenix is your go-to. Just be prepared to leave with more than you intended and a smile on your face!

I had an outstanding customer service experience with Alejandro Colon @ Best Buy in Goodyear, AZ! He was steadfast in finding the appliances that I was looking for, and patiently re-working the purchase order to apply the price match plus additional discount for extended warranties. Andre was AMAZING. We have been to multiple different electronic stores looking for a surround sound system. He actually listened to what we wNted ans was able to show us what we needed and he was very patient and gave us options to choose from.

I live in Tucson. But I come to this Best buy all the time if I'm visiting my folks in Quartzite and Lake Havasu. I've always been pleasantly surprised with the service at this location. From activating a new phone for my mother, to getting a few knick-knacks for my father. This Best buy does not disappoint.

I went there to recycle stuff. The people at the door were straight up honest with me on what would be charged and what wouldn't be. Then even came out to get it out of my car for me.

Easy to make an appointment to see the geek squad. Bought a 1-year membership and it has been well worth it.

Had forgotten about this location but CS has got to be stepped up..... please 🥺 if you don't want to do your job, quit, there are plenty of people that are not able to make ends meet 😔 so this is a long drive, PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN, NO ATTITUDE.

Good place to see new gadget's and try them. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I have always had a good experience here. The workers are nice and very helpful with different products in the store. They let you browse around without be overbearing on constantly asking you do you need help with this or that. If you need help ask anyone and they'll get you help. Returning items here are so simple. Depending on the day and time of year there may-be a line but they are really good at customer service and getting people checked out, items returned or picking up items ordered online. The store seems really good at having items in-stock so you can get what you need same day at this location.

Great experience. Had to replace a new TV. Just purchased a new TV somewhere else that went out after 10 days. A nice young man helped me find what I was looking for, got me a cart, and checked me out. Prices were very good, as well

Went in to upgrade my son's phone. Typically, I dread having to deal with I perceive to a hassle at time, but that wasn't the case with this experience. I was assisted by Alejandro & Victor who both made this process smooth, convenient and hassle free. Together they both answered my questions provided great, attentive customer service. Alejandro was even nice enough to walk us over to show us the screen & case protectors available for the phone. Thank you both for the experience. We greatly appreciate you both.

I arrived needing a micro SD card for my phone and was directed at the door to the proper area by a friendly, knowlegable young man!
Once in the proper area, another man explained the different sized/capacity that they were available in, and when I made my decision, he even installed it free while I waited! As I am not up on modern phones and electronics, I really appreciated that service!

They have good pokemon selections when you ask, also they have pokemon promos there

Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The store is clean and stocked with product.

It was the easiest return I have ever completed. Quickly took care of my problem and offered a refund or replacement. It was a large item, and they sent two employees out to unload it and bring it in the store. Best shopping experience in a long time. Thank you
