Perch Lake Boat Landing

Love this place.. hate the parking situation but I'm willing to deal with it too be here. Great little lake

I love this place! The water is clean and people are friendly! No gas powered boats so the water stays clean. I almost always see fish swimming around the shore and tons of stand up boards and kayaks and the swim from one side to the other is refreshing. There are plenty of places to keep social distance from the beach to the boat launch and anywhere in between. It's about a 55 minute drive from me but totally worth the drive every time!

Shhh, Don t tell anyone about this crystal clear tiny and deep lake. A family of loon, soft shelled turtles and a bu ch of pan fish can be easily seen. Go to the adjacent park ($9.) for watercraft rental and picnic tables or launch your own kayaks and park just up the hill.

The local troop is definitely making this public spot better! Plenty of upgrades in the last few years including ramp grading, disposal areas, and the stairs are a very welcome addition. I am glad there is no motor traffic on this lake. And always love how clear the water is.

Perch Lake is perfect for a day trip to either paddle board, swim, kayak, or canoe. The lake is small, in my opinion, but there is something about Perch Lake that makes me want to go back. The dirt road parking lot is conveniently located near the boat landing, so you won't have to walk too far to get to the lake from the parking lot.

Great lake for floaties. Fish can be fairly small, but you can catch a bunch. Fun for the kids. The parking can get pretty tight on hot summer weekends. Get there early.

Nice lake, note, parking lot was full on a hot weekend day. This is a launch area for non-motorized boating activities mostly canoes, paddle-boards or kayaks.The swimming beach is further down the road at homestead parklands park.
