Fort Osage Christmas Trees & Weddings

This farm was a great place to cut a live tree for Christmas. Our tree is beautiful. There were a ton of choices. It took my family a lot of time to pick out the perfect tree. We celebrated inside with hot tea and hot cocoa for free. The cost is affordable too. They provide the saw and wrap it up before taking it home. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Nice location for families to come to cut or buy Christmas trees. Limited number of trees to choose but was 2 weeks after Thanksgiving. Norway Spruce & White Pine species grown with fresh spruce shipped in from within 400 miles to supplement supply. Owner is dedicated to his craft as mother nature has delt disease & drought over past decade.
Tree was nicely handled, netted, and loaded by local FFA member.

We’ve been to other places in the KC area and none of the measure up to this farm! There’s so many choices and they’re all in great shape. Also affordable. It’s a bit of a drive for us (45mins), but we’ve been saying “Gah, we should have gone back to that other place (Fort Osage) this year! They had much better trees!” Worth the drive.

We had a great experience at this Christmas Tree Farm. Our family picked out a beautiful tree. Bushiest tree ever and 7 fit tall. The staff is super helpful. My son enjoyed some wonderful hot chocolate and I enjoyed some homemade Christmas tea that tastes magical. I bought a box of the tea because it's so good! I plan to come back next year too!

What a great experience! Late Saturday afternoon after Thanksgiving and this staff absolutely nailed everything. After a couple of failed tree farms we decided to drive all the way here from South Lee's Summit. They had a large selection of trees to choose from, offered free hot chocolate which is very comforting as it was starting to snow, and again the staff was great. We will be back next year! Merry Christmas.
