3 Lakes Cafe

3 Lakes is adorable inside and the service was excellent, even though they were extremely busy when I went. The Buffalo Chicken wrap was probably the best I've ever had, and I have tried MANY over the years:) I also got a tea mixed with lemonade, and it was tasty and not too sweet. Everything was great! I'm excited about this new addition to Cassadaga.

I was driving through from Buffalo and had to stop at the new cafe. I was greatly surprised by the hospitality and service I received but all the employees and owners! The coffee was fantastic (I got the 3 Lakes Latte) and the food was even better (I got the Grilled Chicken Feta Wrap). I definitely will be making a stop at 3 Lakes whenever I’m in the area!

I stopped in on my way to Buffalo. Got coffee, muffins and a bagel. The food was fresh and tasty. The coffee was strong. Best part was the smiles and relaxed atmosphere. Felt homey. Looking forward to another visit.

Absolutely wonderful! The food is excellent and service is friendly and fast. The seating areas are beautiful and comfortable. Well done! I sure wish Fredonia had a cafe like this, but the 8 mile drive is well worth the effort!

I was the original owner creator of The Upper Crust in Fredonia , 8 miles down the road. I owned the shop for almost 30 years so many can vouch for my cafe experience. This cafe is awesome!! most impressed with their detail to espresso and all things related to coffee! Seriously best I’ve had!!! Even better than I served!! To eat I had the veggie sausage and egg sandwich which was good and I was thrilled they offered veggie sausage and veggie cheese as an option!!! Only thing was some of our hash browns weren’t cooked, but chef was busting his butt and he’ll figure his timing out!! 😊 I also lived in Cassadaga so I know the town, so my only unsolicited suggestion would be that they are opened 7 days a week in prime time summer and kick back a day or so after summer is over!! Weekends in a summer are your audience especially your first few years!!! Welcome and the best of luck! This cafe is an awesome addition to Cassadaga!!!!!

My brother and I traveled 2 hours from Rochester NY and 3 lakes cafe did not disappoint! There had great customer service, a cute yet cozy feel and excellent cuisine. We would definitely recommend!

At the grand opening, the line was out the door. My food and drink order were served in less than 15 minutes. A lot of love and hard work were put into this cafe and it shows in everything. I’ve made it a goal to try everything on the menu by next Memorial Day!

3 lakes is an absolutely amazing place with great fresh served food and drinks. The atmosphere is inviting and homey. Its the perfect place to sit down and get some work done while enjoying a drink and a sandwich.

Amazing food. Lots of gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian options for my food allergy kid. Fun atmosphere. This will be our new go to for sure!

Not only is the food scrumptious, the owners were so friendly! Even though I got there 5 minutes before closing, I was treated as though it wasn't. The cafe is comfy cozy, too. My order was to go.

Always a treat to join Abi and Jake for breakfast or an afternoon latte. The side room is also an excellent place to relax and work!
