I love this place. Great service and food. They fix errors fast and that’s a huge bonus to me. Wish I could eat it daily. So good!

I ordered take out yesterday and I was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed by the cashier’s service that I had to ask for his name. His name was Steven. That made me a lot happier. I never hear about people with the same name as me. I felt as if I could relate to him on a grave level. I felt super comfortable talking to him and giving him my order. He greeted me as soon as I walked into the restaurant with a big smile and a “welcome to firehouse”. I’d come back any time of the week for customer service like this. This man alone gives Chick-fil-A a run for their money. I was so impressed by his communication and ability to make others feel comfortable, that I tipped him 5 dollars. I highly recommend tipping the cashiers and staff there. They never fail to make my sandwiches with love and efficiency. I have never had a mistake on any of my past orders. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great customer service and an all around great time. Please tip them. They deserve it.

Love this place! Every time I come here I’m treated with respect. Not like at Denny’s where the host/manager didn’t even say acknowledge me and waited on two other people before I left. No snobby teen taking your order, service is the best I’ve seen anywhere. Clean (as far as I can see), and the service- the delivery…QUICK! I am not kidding. I ordered this today and right when I was bout to pay my order was ready. Heck, I don’t think I even finished ordering when my food was ready to go. But on the real. Great job! Love your work. Love your food.

Let's say this is pretty cool. To go grab a nicely stacked sandwich. Seeing some womderful youth working so well is amazing. The staff really puts a sandwich together nicely. It's not thrown together...smashed up..left out.

Very respectfully executed. Red oak is pretty small so it's pretty cool seeing people you know.

The brownies are delish.

Remember it's not thrown together and gets nicely toasted...so that means a wait.

It would be pretty iconic to actual firefighters items in here since it's local but independently owned and hires locals.

Definitely has my support in quality.

Excellent customer service as the entire staff was polite from the moment I entered the building. The store is nice and clean and it’s a welcoming atmosphere. I received my order promptly and was pleased. I will return and bring others as well! Keep up the great work!

Have visited this location multiple times! Always: Greeted upon entry, store is clean and well maintained! Orders are always correct and ready by promised time. Today is the day after Christmas and they had 4 on staff! Everyone was in an awesome mood, friendly and helpful!

This place is the best today was my first time ever, try and firehouse subs and coming to the one in red Oak may be the only one that I ever come to and I live all the way in Richardson. The employees are so nice and so so much character and generosity. They make the food cooks to order and they just show very great hospitality today

Awesome customer service delicious food

I just picked up an order about at hour ago (around 8pm) and I want to compliment the crew of young people working tonight (9/30/23). They welcomed me politely as I walked in. None of them tried to hide or pretend to be busy; they were all attentive and ready to work together to assist me. I was very impressed with all of them and their maturity. And our food tastes great.

Very friendly, caring, amazing staff. Really care about their customers. Also delicious food I've tried 5 different sandwiches and every single one has been equally good.
