First timers and will be back! Food was delicious and our waitress Tonya made it even better. Best variety of burgers we've seen in a long time. You HAVE to try the loaded salt potatoes!! Order short draft during Happy Hour and get a tall or dbl shot for the price of one!

Bull and Bear for me is like old reliable nowadays. Long time consumer of Bull and Bear food and likely forever going back. Appetizers are always great. Dinner is delicious with a good selection of burgers, wraps, and salads. And they have a lot of sides to choose from and we've never been disappointed. Everything remains fairly priced and they have been transparent about pandemic pricing and challenges. Staff has always been kind and courteous with service being prompt. The atmosphere is chill, they have a bar inside and outdoor seating options weather permitting.

Update, ordered more food, outcome, still amazing! The fry character is a fantastic shareable! The seasonal turkey burger was tantalizing. And my wife was able to get a lettuce wrap version of the California burger which as always was amazing! Go eat here it's great! And Enjoy!!!

Went for lunch on a Wednesday. Service could have been better but was not bad. Burger was cooked good, fries could have used another minute in the fryer. Clean, nice place. A good burger joint. I would go back again.

I went back and the service was excellent. Taylor was our server. I gave it another star, they earned it.

Title: A Hidden Gem on Oswego Road: A Delightful Surprise!

Review:

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot of Bull and Bear Roadhouse on Oswego Road, I could tell I was in for a treat. The rustic charm of its exterior, complete with inviting signage, set the stage for a genuinely authentic roadhouse experience.

Stepping inside, the ambiance struck a perfect balance between cozy and lively, with a touch of classic Americana that felt both welcoming and exciting. The staff greeted us with warm smiles, ensuring we felt at home from the get-go.

The menu was a delightful mix of traditional American fare and inventive dishes that promised flavor in every bite. I opted for the smoked brisket, which was tender, juicy, and packed with smoky goodness - a testament to their mastery of the grill. My dining companion enjoyed a buffalo chicken salad, praising its fresh ingredients and the perfect zing of the dressing.

What set Bull and Bear Roadhouse apart was not just the quality of the food but the attentiveness of the service. Our server was knowledgeable, recommending great beer pairings from their impressive selection of local and craft beers, which enhanced our meal beautifully.

The highlight of the evening was the live music, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. The talent was outstanding, creating an ambiance that was both vibrant and intimate.

In conclusion, Bull and Bear Roadhouse is more than just a restaurant; it's a destination. With its excellent food, exceptional service, and lively atmosphere, it's a place where memories are made. Whether you're a local or just passing through Liverpool, NY, make it a point to stop at this hidden gem. You won't be disappointed.

Went with 5 people on a Sunday. Got right in. The 3 app special and 4 meals (one was split) for $90. Wife and her mother split a giant salad and I got the slider trio. Food was great all around and service from Anthony was excellent. One if the sliders was incorrect but they corrected the issue quickly with an apology.

Apps - we got the bangers, cheese sticks, and fried pickles. Cheese sticks were more like grilled cheese and a little weird. Wasn't a fan.

My son ordered 10 wings for dinner and they were big and crispy.

Daughter ordered the black and blue burger with the salt potatoes.

Everything was great and I'm excited to go back soon.

Been going to Bull and Bear since it was originally in Hanover Square downtown. Both the Easy Syracuse and Liverpool locations continue the tradition of great food, great atmosphere and great service. Dining in or getting takeout, never had a problem with our orders. Definitely recommend stopping in if you haven't had a chance to try it yet! #FEEDYOURBELLY

I can never control myself and my cravings while here and tend to order too much, but that's not a bad thing! The apps are amazing, the XXL nachos with brisket are where it's at, along with their take on jalapeno poppers. 2 for 1 margaritas are also a great reason for a visit all on its own. Friendly staff and great experiences even through this strange 2020

Party of three, we went there on a Friday to celebrate my son's birthday. We got there a little bit before 4:00 p.m., seated immediately. Our waitress Emily was prompt and attentive and delivered drinks and her appetizers promptly. The firecracker shrimp tasted just fine, but it was the fried pickle spears that were the surprise. Perfectly fried and really flavorful, definitely a change from pickle coins.

Dinner consisted of The Vermonter burger, Poutine So Mean, and Nachos XXL. The burger was cooked perfectly, hot and juicy.
The Poutine and the Nachos were done with beef brisket so tender it melted in your mouth. Just amazing. Throughout, Emily checked with us to make sure everything was going well. The pics don't do the size of the servings justice, they were MASSIVE. We almost had to hire somebody to carry the takeout boxes out to our car, lol. Sadly, no room for dessert, but we heard they were just as yummy as everything else.

Total cost with a beer and two sodas was around $115, so a bit pricey. But for a Friday evening with the Syracuse Nationals and the fire chiefs convention in town, Bull and Bear couldn't be beat for service and food quality.

Thanks for making it a happy birthday for my son, Emily. 😁

All you could ask for in one place. Amazing food (the brisket nachos and burgers are the greatest I’ve ever had), pool, darts, music and oh yeah BOGO margs and beer. No need to try anywhere else, this place puts Tully’s to shame. #FEEDYOURBELLY
