Melody Mast, along with the other midwives at SWH, were so supportive throughout my pregnancy. Every experience I had with Melody was positive and she was always quick to answer my questions and address my concerns. I am so thankful that she was my midwife for the birth of my son. Her expertise, calm presence, and reassurance were invaluable during my labor.

With my son I had the pleasure of getting to know Dr Aamodt who very much cared about my needs and wants for labor & delivery.

With my daughter I was able to participate in the midwife centering sessions and it was amazing!!! Best experience I've ever had, met more moms, got info and tricks (even though I'm a third time mom) & felt comfortable the entire time. Melody was awesome as well during centering, so much that I have decided to stay with this office from here on out.

Also a big shout out to Tammie who delivered my daughter and helped me every step of the way with my natural birth. Also Holly who is a nurse at the practice for going above and beyond with patient care!!

Melody is absolutely wonderful!! She is so kind and compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and she is always willing to take the time at every appointment to listen to my thoughts and concerns. She has been my provider for the last four years, and there truly aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for everything she has done for me. I highly recommend her!!

I have seen OBGYN’s ONLY in the past. The experience I had with my first pregnancy and OBGYN, I felt I wasn’t listened to. I had told the OB all along that my baby was not head down. I was consistently told they felt his head. After finding out our son was breach and I had to have a c-section, I knew with our second child I wanted to go the midwife route.

I found Melody Mast 7 years ago while pregnant with our second child. I have CONSISTENTLY felt listened to, cared for, educated about today’s options and NEVER rushed!!!

I adore Melody and believe she is a TRUE GIFT to our community!!!! I am so thankful for her compassion and gentleness!!!

Shenandoah woman’s health has always been so supportive and helpful though all of my pregnancy’s and miscarriages. They are very caring and generally seam interested in my life. I would highly recommend the mid-wives at this practice!

I am pregnant with our 4th child and wouldn't consider going anywhere but SWHC. They provide professional, quality care while maintaining a personal relationship with you. At each appointment they take time to hear what you have to say and answer any questions you might have. I am thankful to have such care available and would highly recommend them to anyone.
