My husband and I came in today to get new phones and we left highly satisfied! We were assisted by Troy. Troy most definitely made our visit well worth coming. He is extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Troy, you are the absolute best! Verizon should be honored to have an associate of this caliber work for them. Again, awesome job Troy; we appreciate you!

Kayla and Troy were very professional, informative and helpful during our visit. We had to wait for the phone to switch everything over to the new phone but the wait didn't bother us because both Kayla and Troy were very friendly and easy to talk to/with and they both kept us updated on how much longer the process was going to take. I wish every visit were this pleasant and would highly recommend this location due to the customer service we received.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I broke the screen on my phone this morning and could not find an Asurion dealership that had a screen in stock and Kayla and Toby called around found the location for me and filed my claim with the result at the end of the day I have a new screen on my phone. This is the second or third time these guys have stepped up and gone above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anybody that's looking for amazing customer service.

Since moving to Dallas 3 years ago I have met two of the BEST customer service examples in any business. Troy and Kayla are the most pleasant,knowledgeable and helpful people I've met anywhere! These two should lead a clinic on customer service. Dennis & Elaine

The gentleman that works at the store was super helpful and nice the only reason I agreed to the high monthly bill is because I knew I could come back to that store and see him if I had any needs. He is a serious asset to his company and that store

Troy the associated that helped us to get a new phone was so pleasant and knowledgeable and patient.
My phone got water damaged & the phone wouldn't opened Troy got it open & got my new phone working in a short time. If I ever need any help with my new phone or want to purchase anything from the Verizon Store I hope Troy is still around because He is awesome.

I have been a Verizon customer for 10 plus years and for the past several years.. any upgrades, problems, or questions that I have.... I come here! Kayla Tatum is awesome. She is fast, kind and easy to understand. She just recently helped me update my phone and she was detailed and helped me so much.

Kayla and Troy were very knowledgeable and transferred 7 phones with 3 carriers with no problem! They stayed late just to help us with our needs and to make sure we had no problems or questions. They will be our go to employees at Verizon.
