Saco Bay Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy - Kennebunk

My son goes to Saco Bay’s Pediatric Therapy out of Kennebunk and utilizes their services twice a week at this current time. The people who work there are the most patient and understanding people I have worked hand and hand with. They truly listen and genuinely want to know how to better help you and your child’s needs. I can say from experience, we have been working with a lot people when it comes to my son and Saco Bay and it’s staff have by far exceeded what I could have only hoped for. So thank you to everyone who is helping us through my son’s journey!

First time needing PT and it has been great. Jillian has been friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and witty.

Sarah is a great pediatric PT. She’s knowledgeable and so good with my two year old. My daughter can’t get enough!

I am having a very good experience with this group. Everyone is helpful and kind. I feel like they are invested in success for their patients.

My daughter has been receiving physical therapy for several weeks with Maddy. Her condition has improved considerably. Her therapist communicates, listens and adjusts the session based on my daughters needs that day. She is easy to talk to and makes my daughter feel at ease. She has been great!

We have had a great experience at Saco Bay Kids. We learned more from Maddy on our first visit than we did with multiple discussions with our pediatrician and even a GI specialist. Maddy is great and very patient with my sometimes resistant son!

I had to really seek this care out and advocate for my kiddo and I’m so glad I did. My child & I are learning strategies and exercises to keep him healthy and that is way preferable to dependency on a medication that’s meant for temporary use.

Art is amazing and pushes you but never more than you can handle!! I have been to a lot of physical therapists, and he is one of the best. Not to mention that the music they play is the best music in any healthcare facility. I just love it.

Excellent from beginning interview to setting up a program. Physical therapy is personal with a therapist and Parker PT was excellent in helping me.

From the first day I arrived to make my appointment I met Beth who handled my referral. Beth was full of information and scheduling went with ease.

My first appointment I met with Chad this appointment also went very well Chad shared a lot of information with me about my condition they would be working with me to treat and help to give me some relief on my back issues.

I have also worked with Liz who has been great to work with her communication is great.

I also worked with Tom who also did a great job working with me on my Pt program.

I would say that my experience at Saco Bay has exceed my expectations. It is great to work with such a great group of professionals to help me in my journey to get healthy and pain free.

A great physical therapy experience! Everyone in the office is very welcoming and happy to see you for every visit! My therapist, Sarah G, was most helpful with my pre-hab before surgery. She knew the answers to all my questions and then some! Sarah made sure I knew how to do each exercise, so that now I can do everything at home until my surgery date in February. Thank You, Sarah!

I've been going to Saco Bay since 2006 ... and wouldn't even consider another physical therapy group. The entire administrative and clinical staff is outstanding. It begins with a friendly greeting at the door, setting up appointments with ease, providing clear insurance and billing information and finally top notch medical care - they are the best. Highly recommend :)

Everyone from the front desk staff to each of the therapists was exceptional.
The therapists were well versed in their specialty and took the time to work with me "specifically" on what would improve my physical health but also, what I could work on to improve my ability to safely perform my job! Didn't expect that and it was appreciated.
Location and parking great; facility comfortable while you work hard :-) and equipment up-to-date.

Very nice personnel at Saco Bay. You can tell that therapists at this location are extremely knowledgeable and check with you frequently after they have set you up with each exercise. The location is easy to get to and the area you are in is spotless. With Covid in the area, everyone is masked and equipment sanitized after each use. The front desk employees are also friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

No matter which PT Therapist you are working with, each is knowledgeable. Every visit starts with a conversation of how you are doing since the previous PT session. Your therapist guides you through each activity, observing, making sure you are doing it correctly. When the session ends, suggestions for what you can do at home until the next visit are extremely helpful. You certainly leave feeling it was a great session!

Very pleased with scheduling process and with therapist Sarah. She has a great touch and in only 3 visits my replaced shoulder joint has gained significant range only 3 weeks after surgery.

Everyone at Saco Bay Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy in Kennebunk is a very fine place to do PT. Art Chase is a wonderful therapist who makes sure you are safe, yet pushes you to do your best. I heartily recommend Art.

From the moment you walk into Saco Bay you know that the folks who work there truly care about you. Warm, sincere, and genuinely focused on your well being. The treatment is totally based on your needs and is adjusted as necessary to work for you. Nicole does an outstanding job and I felt better immediately. I have been to other entities in So. Me and the quality of care and level of service at Saco Bay far surpasses them. In the past, I had seen Chad and he is outstanding as well. I recommend them to all my friends and collegues as we navigate thru the ebbs and flows of life...truly awesome!

I have been a patient here for over 20 years for a variety of therapy related to arthritis. I have had back surgeries, total replacement of both knees, shoulder repair and am currently in therapy for a bad hip!
In each case I can say the courtesy and care I received (and still do) has been thorough, professional and offered to me as if I were a member of their family!
I would also add their office staff are most efficient in making appointments that work with my schedule.
I can honestly say I look forward to my visits, no matter who my therapist is at the time, since each approaches my needs with total consistency.

Saco Bay provides a comfortable and pleasant environment for healing. The therapists are genuinely caring about the well-being of their clients. They are also knowledgeable and well trained. They stay current with the latest treatment protocols through workshops and continuing education.
