Chris is absolutely phenomenal. Over the years Chris has repaired/ fixed our AC/ heat multiple times and just recently installed a new unit upstairs in our office space. The great thing about Chris is that rather than simply selling you what makes him the most, he will always try to perform simple repairs or fixes to what you have to save you as much money as possible. He is honest and fair. We will continue to use Service Plus for all of our future HVAC needs.

My a/c would not blow cold air at all. So I called service plus. Mr. Tony came out the very next day and fixed the problem which was the condenser. During the visit he also pointed out my ball bearings in the a/c motor were beyond bad. He got me hooked up with a brand new motor. Now my a/c works awesomely and it works more quietly. The service was quick and very reasonable. I will definitely recommend service plus.

Highly recommend! VERY trustworthy. Gave them a key and they installed a very reasonably priced York HVAC system and had it working about the time I got home! They explained the system, warranty, the thermostat, AND swept the floors!

Service Plus in Meridian Mississippi is a good AC company.Chris traveled to Thomasville Alabama to work on my AC unit. HE did a great job and is a knowledgeable Technician.Chris is very good in installing WiFi thermostats which I recondmend trying one.Keep up the good work Service Plus !

I am so thankful to this company they came out today and fix a problem that have been ongoing for years. My air conditioners drained pipe had been causing water to backup in my home. We have had damage to our floors twice and recently had new floors put down 😠 because of the water damage. Today Service Plus easily fix the problem that other companies gave false information on how to fix the problem just to make a dollar. Thank you so much Chris for taking care of our home today.

After living in Meridian for 16 years, and dealing with the bigger Air Conditioning companies to only be lied to and misled into paying for a unit that didn't fit our home and then to find out that it was never installed correctly, it was refreshing to have run across Tony Dykes and his company Service Plus. Tony came out when he said he would, told us exactly what was wrong and provided us with the best way to take care of the problem.
