FCFS even if you have an appointment. Been here a couple times and never less than 4 hour turn around. Shipping/Receiving personnel are apathetic at best, except when it comes to mask requirements. They took one that they hand out and put it right in my face. No asking me to put one on. Not even a “Put on your @&$! mask!”

Cant understand why they schedule a truck for a pickup and then it still take 3 ro 4 hrs to load wow time is still ticking away. Well more like 5 to 6 hrs now im going to have to shut down for 10 hrs right here hope this is my last time coming here

7pm appointment checked in at 6pm got a dock on 11:45 pm its 3:00 am still on a dock unbelievable.
