Our salesman Chris went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. He made sure there was a big red bow on my car as my husband had asked him to surprise me when we came to pick it up.

I have purchased a lot of cars in many different states in my life. This was by far the best experience, and perhaps the best retail experience ever. Drove about 2 hrs each way and will continue to do so while I live anywhere near Alabama. Chip was perfect, vehicle as described, easy “negotiation” if you can call it that…first offer was better than any dealer I shopped even after 3 counter offers, no push at end for extra products just informing me if the options. A+ 5⭐. Will be back!

My service was great I was in for an oil change but was advised that on my next visit I should do a transmission service due to the mileage on my 2019 is getting close to 40,000 miles on it. I had noticed on my last long trip some jumping on my transmission, so I asked him if he could just go ahead and fo it today since e was already at the dealership. He was very nice and they went ahead and added the transmission service to my oil change.

I am very pleased with Devan Lowe dealership. I had an appointment on Wednesday, but I drove up the day before. I dropped by to see if they could possibly look at my vehicle that day and they were very accommodating. They got my car in early to accommodate my work schedule and I was able to pick it up at my convenience for a reasonable price—they make it a pleasant experience and I don't see why I would go anywhere else for service on my Buick or to purchase a new one!

We started out being there while getting our Cadillac XT6 being serviced. Wyatt approached us very well. He answered all our questions. And allowed my wife to drive the Yukon. I initially told him it will be a while before we buy. He was kind anyway and gave us his card. My wife was obsessed with the car. I contacted him mid-week to let him know we wanted to move now. Wyatt was great, listened to me, and made the buying process pretty easy. I know that whenever in the future (4+ years), I’ll contact Wyatt first to see what he has on the lot.
