My whole family has been using this business for years. I have bought several appliances over the last 6 years - but never the same one! David and Martin are very knowledgeable, always friendly and have great communication about what's being repaired and why. Probably one of the last honest businesses out there. I recommend them to everyone I can!

Martin the repair man showed up on time looked at my 16 year old refrigerator and found that the computer board was not work correctly he found out that they no longer have replacements so you send it back the company and it would be over $200 Martin was determined to see why it was working he found a bad solder connection he soldered it a it working great, he was truly amazing. My bill was less than the cost of getting the board fixed.

A fantastic support experience! Was promised an arrival window, which was met - love that. Martin was quickly able to resolve the issue, and also worked on a separate, intermittent problem we’ve experienced that I mentioned to him. Couldn’t be more pleased with Appliance Man!

From here on out, I will only call the Appliance Man. He took great care in repairing out dryer.

David came out the same day we called. He was very nice and friendly. He answered all our questions and helped a lot. He was very efficient and thorough.
The charge was not bad either for service call and parts.
We will use them again if need be.

Gentlemen showed up when thoroughly checked dryer explained everything wrong with so I understood. Very friendly, professional, and couldn't ask for better repairman. I recommend them 100%, they were awesome!!!!

Went to buy a washer because ours went out and ended up buying a matching set that was in really good condition, got a really good deal on it with a 3 month warranty. Owner was very nice, even stayed open a few extra minutes because we were running late because of issues with our trailer. Defientely will be doing more business with him in the future and will absolutely recommend him to family and friends.

The wife and myself really did like it here. Our electric stove just went out. So went there and had a look, we found one. I talked with the gentlemen, they were understanding. I will have the money for that stove in a week. They took my name down and phone number. Very well pleased. I will be doing more business with these guys.

Fantastic service, attention to detail, and reasonable price! Their technician arrived promptly, immediately identified the issue with my dryer, had the parts needed on hand, and made the repair quickly and efficiently.

We bought a matching washer and dryer set in early April. My dryer stopped working earlier this week. I called and talked to them about it and they advised me that they could come take a look at it or I could load it up and take it to them and they would fix it. I went ahead and did some research online and figured out the problem, called them back and asked if they had the part. They did and gave it to us for free! My dryer is now fixed and running good as new! They are great people and very helpful!

David did a fantastic job fixing my appliances. He bailed me out of a living nightmare after a lightning strike! I called two other appliance repair places previous to him. One was Sears and they could not help me for 3 weeks. They did not care that I was a busy Mom of a toddler without a dryer or a dishwasher or a working sink to wash the dishes. And they wanted a service call fee just to come look and take however long to actually come back and fix everything. Appliance Barn came out on a Friday and said they would return Monday to fix and never came back. I called their office twice after Monday and they could not even tell me when their repair man was coming back in the office. Then I saw a magnet on my horse barn dryer with the Appliance Man’s info on it and knew then that the sellers had used David Russell before and keep in mind the barn appliances were broken too. I called and David was out the next day on Friday. It was necessary to order parts to fix everything so David said he could have everything going the beginning of the next week. But he fixed my kitchen sink so I could at least wash the dishes. Not only did David fix my appliances but he repaired two other big problems I had one of which was a flawed Samsung extra fridge I bought on sale “as is” from Lowe’s and the other was a disaster in my kitchen where the sink had dropped out of the granite in the kitchen from the weight of the water in the sink because the installers did not put any center clamps and the sellers said although it had only been a few years since the kitchen remodel the guy was no longer in business . When the sink fell down out of the granite it also broke loose pipes. I had been washing dishes for weeks in a tiny bar sink at my mini-bar while waiting on Appliance Barn to do what they said. The Appliance Man, David Russell, fixed two dryers, the barn washer, the dishwasher, the extra fridge and my kitchen sink/granite and pipes all for under $500. He is a pleasant, wonderful, southern gentleman that is an honest hard worker. Those type of people are so hard to find these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE APPLIANCE MAN !!!!
