I absolutely love this Lincare. The girls in the front office are so incredibly kind and always have a smile on their face. The guys who deliver are always so nice and happy when delivering equipment, the resp. therapists are so informative and helpful when needed, and the management has done an amazing job turning that place around. I would recommend this office to anyone!!

Very good customer service when I received my CPAP machine. The Respiratory therapist was very thorough when explaining how to use my machine.

Excellent cares/services, knowledgeable,
Courteous, Friendly , Promptly responding to any requests or needs arise such as supplies.etc….

I’ve called here multiple times, and I’ve gone in to help my aunt with supplies. Each time, the people that I’ve spoken with or talk to in person have been very friendly and extremely helpful.

They were on point for the services I needed. Very helpful and follow up is excellent

The service I receive from the employees from the Steubenville office is exceptional. They are always very helpful and friendly.

I need to see about getting some equipment (nebulizer, cpap, etc). I called & the customer service rep was very helpful. Thank you

Have never contacted my insurance company and keep sending me bills. This has been going on for 6 months with me repeatedly calling. Had I known them what I know now I would have gone with another company. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Worst customer service ever. They don’t give you all of the information you need at the onset. Then you call them and they have horrible attitudes and should be trying to assist customers not treat them like dirt. Wish I could give zero stars.

They never answer the phones. And then they say they’re closed and they’re actually open! But again they do not answer the phones!!!!!!!! Horrible to deal with.
