Yummy , the location in lake jackson shut down and I was so excited to get some apple pie while I was in town.

Exceptional dining experience! El Chico Café never disappoints. The service is top-notch, and the menu is a culinary journey. Their dishes is a must-try. Can't wait to come back

Had a nice Sunday dinner here. Was quiet but the food was great! And you can’t go wrong with the apple pie! Make sure you get the brandy butter on top

It's been awhile since my last visit and I'd say they place is alot better. Caso was good quesdilas were delicious. Salas is alright. Waiter was awesome he was never far and payed attention to us. Not cheap but not too expensive. Booth seats were a little worn but still comfortable. Definitely coming back soon

Luckily they were opened this evening and we were able to enjoy their Enchilada Special. The platters came out hot and the food was freshly prepared. The service was comforting and accommodating. During these dire times because of the looming pandemic, it's great to visit a nice and clean establishment. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit and look forward to returning soon.

El Chico Cafe is my favorite spot for Tex-Mex! The fajitas are always sizzling and flavorful and the chips and salsa are addictive. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff make it a go-to for a tasty experience.

My go to for great Mexican food I had a taco salad no beef add avocado. It was amazing. Chips and salsa very good also.

I come here for lunch once a week. I always get the same thing because I really like it. Never seems to take more than 5 minutes to get my food. Chicken fajita burrito bowl. Just enough to fill me up and really tasty. I like to eat it as dip with the complimentary chips & salsa they serve with your meal. Server is always attentive and friendly.

Good basic Texmex food. Friendly service. Fast too Easy to get in and out if you have a hour lunch.

I had the fajita quesadilla. It was truly amazing. Fast service. I most definitely would go there again.

Best avocado enchiladas! I recommend them. Avocado, mushrooms, jack cheese wrapped in corn tortillas with avocado crema on a bed of fresh spinach. The rice and beans were good. Great price.

The chicken Monterey is delicious. The service is top-notch. The iced tea is very good. The place is clean. Highly recommended.

The food was great!! The chips are warm and the salsa is made right there in the restaurant. I had a grilled chicken salad. The lettuce was fresh and not sitting in water. There was a ton of chicken on the salad!!!

Food was great. Reasonably priced. Service was better than average and friendly. First time going and I'll definitely go back. $3 margaritas were on point.

What great, fresh and delicious food! The drinks were spot on too! The guacamole made table side was devoured with their chips( that kept getting replenished without asking) Food portions were above average and we even mentioned a free appetizer promo with our room key and were able to pick which we'd like without limitations. Friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. Awesome place!
